Thank you for checking. There are many responsive slider plugins out there, can you let us know specifically which one it is? We’ll do some testing on our end and see what can be done to sort this out.
“Yes, I can switch to the desktop theme on all pages where there is no YouTube video.”
What I need to know if is you can see the page content in pages/posts that have a Youtube video, when viewing the desktop theme on your mobile device.
“This is a problem only on pages that have videos from YouTube)”
Can you switch to the desktop theme when viewing the homepage or any other page without a YT embed? Then when in the desktop theme, go to a post with a YT embed.
Thank you for checking. If possible, briefly deactivate those plugins one at a time to find out if one of them is the culprit. Check the menu button each time you briefly disable one of the slider plugins.
Are you referring to the desktop theme? If there are issues with loading the page with embeds outside of WPtouch, then the issue isn’t specific to the mobile theme.
I appreciate your patience and you working through this one with us. Access the URL http://pddgarazh.ru/pravila/proyezd-perekrestkov-s-krugovym-dvizheniyem.html?wptouch_preview_theme=enabled again on your mobile device and scroll all the way down to the footer. Click on the link to switch to the Desktop theme and let me know if you can see the content or if the page is empty like in the mobile theme. Just trying to narrow things down. Thanks.
To make sure – is the page empty when you access http://pddgarazh.ru/pravila/proyezd-perekrestkov-s-krugovym-dvizheniyem.html?wptouch_preview_theme=enabled on your desktop browser?
Are you able to reproduce the issue from your end at this time? I can see the page without issue, when using an iPhone/Safari to test. I’m including a screenshot below of what I see.
Hi @hellmann2018,
We can’t seem to replicate this issue locally. You can re-activate WPtouch on your website, but then disable WPtouch’s display in Settings > General > Display. I’ll then be able to use the preview theme URL to troubleshoot – (http://pddgarazh.ru/pravila/proyezd-perekrestkov-s-krugovym-dvizheniyem.html?wptouch_preview_theme=enabled)
Hi,
Sorry to hear about the trouble you’re having. It’s not the experience we want any WPtouch user to have.
After inspecting the site, I’m seeing a jQuery error that I believe is being caused by the slider plugin that is active on the site and that is powering the slider on the homepage.
It is loading its own instance of jQuery which is conflicting with WPtouch’s scripts. Can you let us know the name of the slider plugin? I can’t seem to tell, since it’s folder name is just “slider”.

In reply to: [WPtouch - Make your WordPress Website Mobile-Friendly] Php 7Hi,
We have tested the plugin locally in PHP 7.x and we have found that it is compatible. If you run into any issues, do not hesitate to let us know and we’ll do our best to help.
I would recommend going through the rest of the plugins and deactivating them in WordPress one at a time. If you have a large number of active plugins, start with the ones you suspect may be causing the issue. For example, a plugin like Akismet is less likely to cause these types of issues.
Hi,
Sorry to hear about the trouble you’re having. It’s not the experience we want any WPtouch user to have. It looks like the issue is caused by a jQuery issue.
I believe the “wp slideshow posts” plugin is loading another instance of jQuery that is causing the conflict. To verify, briefly deactivat the wp slideshow posts plugin in WordPress and check if that helps make the difference. If it does, I would recommend reaching out to the author of the slideshow plugin and see if they can provide some insight/a solution.

Yes, WPtouch can be installed on sub-directories or sub-domains without issue and will work as normal.
Hi Valentine,
Yes, WPtouch and the AMP for WordPress plugin play nicely together.
