Thanks for using our plugin.We might consider extending the functionality of the plugin to include the admin bar. But as I know, even if the user clicked on the links from the admin bar, he will not have access to the page if you disabled it for him.

Giving the user an access to the Users page, it’s not logical since he will have an admin capabilities so he can create new Admin users with full access to the dashboard. And an access to the plugins page can give the user the ability to basically deactivate the plugin and then he will get full access to all pages. That’s why we are restricting access to these pages by default.

The “There are no shipping methods available” message is not necessary because of the API key.
