you are able to change the position of 3CX Live Chat through setting: Live Chat > Settings > Chat box > Alignment . If none of the available predefined positions is good for you then you are always able to use custom CSS for the html element <call-us>.Forum: Plugins

in hosted mode the only way to get messages is to be logged in to the WordPress with an agent user. You can use 3CX mode which offer the functionality that you need.About notifications , the only way to get notifications when you are offline is through email. Please note that email notifications is available only for the site administrator as configured in WordPress settings and only if you have installed any of the available plugin for email support.

3CX Live Chat plugin is compatible with WordPress 5.6. May you check your php logs and provide us the error log in order to we are able to proceed with further investigations?From settings you are able to configure in which pages will be the chat available or the opposite one, on which pages it will not be available on the.
Use the following settings:
Live Chat > Settings > General settings > Include chat window on the following pages

this error indicates that your server was unable to retrieve a running chat server to connect. Please verify that the server which is hosting your website is able to communicate with the following service https://wplc.3cx.net/api/chatrouter. If yes and the issue remains please provide us your website url to proceed to further investigation.Hello @oscarm2 ,

we have replicated an issue which maybe is what you are facing. Please follow these steps and let us know if your issue is fixed.1) Go to Live Chat > Settings > General Settings
2) Select “No fields” in “Required Chat Box Fields” setting
3) Set a value for the fields “Default visitor name” and “Input Field Replacement Text”.
4) Select again your preferred choice in “Required Chat Box Fields” setting

you are able to do that configuring your installation with one of the following 2 ways.
1) Setup agent’s profile image on your PBX settings and enable in 3CX Live Chat plugin settings “Show agent’s name”.
2) Setup in 3CX Live Chat plugin settings Logo image and Agent’s default image ( Settings> Chat box ) and disable “Show agent’s name”.
