Hi please help, I have been over the settings so many times, Am i missing something as when I go to accept a call and click on live chat there is no option that I can see for accepting the chat.

Hi @mftp ,
there is a button in the footer of the chat area to Join the chat session. You can see the expected functionality in the image below
