Please try clearing your browser cookies and try again, as you might receive a false error when testing repeatedly on the same device in a short time frame.

Unfortunately our plugin doesn’t support this sort of functionality at present, however this is a great idea and something I’ve added to our development schedule to ensure it will be put up for consideration for a future release.
I apologize for any inconvenience caused by us not having this functionality available at present.

Please confirm you have logged in, gone to the ‘Live Chat’ page and flipped the switch from red to green?
Do you perhaps have any caching installed on your site?

Please try changing the ID of ‘wp-live-chat-header’ to a class in all of the buttons, and change the jQuery call from
#wp-live-chat-headerto.wp-live-chat-headerand let me know if this helps?Forum: Plugins
