Collecting Emails

    Hello,
    When I receive the direct chat message (or email if I’m offline), it shows me the person’s email address. I would love to add all of the email addresses to our eblast list, but I know we need permission for that. Is there a way to add an option box when they go to send a chat message? Maybe it could automatically check a box, and they would have to uncheck the box to not receive emails from us? Is this feature available?

    Hi Denise.

    Unfortunately our plugin doesn’t support this sort of functionality at present, however this is a great idea and something I’ve added to our development schedule to ensure it will be put up for consideration for a future release.

    I apologize for any inconvenience caused by us not having this functionality available at present.
