Can't reopen chat without refreshing page

    I can’t reopen chat (as a customer) without refreshing page after admin ends chat . I just get a blank chat popup window with a title . Ideally it should either show me a new chat form with my details pre-filled, re-open the chat, or show a connect again button etc ?

    Having just a blank popup window with no instructions is confusing to the user

    Hi there.

    Please try clearing your browser cookies and try again, as you might receive a false error when testing repeatedly on the same device in a short time frame.

    Should the above not work, please send me a link to your site so I can look further into this for you?
