Please go to ‘Live Chat’ -> ‘Settings’ -> ‘Styles’ and select the ‘Classic’ theme along with your preferred color palette to rectify this.
I’ve checked the Dutch translation files and all the translated strings are still available. Are you still experiencing issues with this?

The modern chat window fills the right side of the screen from top to bottom. Bottom left and bottom right are only effective in the classic view.

Unfortunately you’d have to install the plugin on each site, as well as login to each site and chat from their respective dashboards.

Styling the chat box header to your preference can be done by going to ‘Live Chat’ -> ‘Settings’ -> ‘Styles’.

So sorry for only getting back to you now.
Setting ‘Chat Enabled’ to ‘No’ will disable the chat from showing up on your site.
When logging into your WordPress dashboard, you will automatically be placed ‘Online’, and when logging out, the chat will go into ‘Offline’ mode.
