Thanks for the update. Let me get clarification on “Whole Page Cache.” We may need to change it to “Entire Cache” to make it easier to understand.
I’m going to mark this as resolved.
Thanks!
BrianAre the users actually in your database? As long as you don’t have those usernames in your database, they won’t be able to login to your site.
Thanks,
BrianHi Paul,
Wordfence scans your database and will report any findings. You will then be presented with any issues. We don’t automatically fix the issues. Check out this article on cleaning a site with Wordfence.
https://www.wordfence.com/docs/how-to-clean-a-hacked-wordpress-site-using-wordfence/
That should help get you started,
BrianI’m investigating this for you. I’ll let you know what I find.

I’m passing this on to have investigated. Thanks for the heads-up.

The cache is updated for individual pages when changes are made and not every page. What it is saying is that a comment will force that single page to recache to reflect the change made by the comment.
Hope that helps,
BrianAwesome! Glad it’s working for you now and thanks for your patience troubleshooting the issue.

Try this…
If a URL exactly matches this pattern then don’t cache it: and add a /. That should remove the home page from caching. Remember to hit the add exclusion button after creating the rule to save it.

Usually scans not completing comes down to running out of memory. We recommend 128GB. Do you have Live Traffic disabled? If not, you should turn it off.

And just to reiterate these settings…

Hi,
Here is the Falcon documentation. It explains manually clearing the cache and events that trigger the cache clearing.
http://docs.wordfence.com/en/Falcon_Cache#Cache_Management
I’d say if your content isn’t updated very often then the cache won’t need to update very often. You can exclude pages from cacheing as well.

Hi,
To regain access try renaming the WF plugin folder.
Once you’ve regained access, reinstall the plugin.

Hi,
Are you completely removing Wordfence and all table data before reinstalling?
You can find instructions here: http://docs.wordfence.com/en/I%27d_like_to_reinstall_Wordfence_completely._How_do_I_do_that%3F
Are the other sites you have working on a similar server setup?
Thanks,
BrianHi Nicklas,
I apologize for the late response. Are you still having this issue?
Thanks,
Brian
