Since that is a private IP address range it should already be whitelisted. Are you not experiencing that?
Thanks!
-BrianHi,
Here are some steps to troubleshoot Scans not completing:
Try it out and let us know.
Thanks,
BrianHi,
You are on the right track. Here are instructions:

Check for errors.

Hi!
Check the javascript console and look for AJAX errors since AJAX is used to update the displays using /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php. Sounds like something isn’t connecting.

There may be a conflict going on. If you disable Jetpack, does Wordfence function as expected? This post addresses the conflict issue:

Also, you may need to increase the memory on your site.
http://docs.wordfence.com/en/Wordfence_system_requirements#Memory
Do you have Live Traffic enabled and do you see addresses listed there? When you change tabs on the Blocked IP’s page do you get a spinning gear? All of those displays rely on AJAX so the page doesn’t have to reload. If something is blocking AJAX, then you’d see this behavior.
Does your site protect /wp-admin/ with an .htaccess file?
Do you have any other Jetpack features enabled?
Does email on your site work in general? Do you have an email address configured under General Settings for your site?

Try checking your javascript console on the “Blocked IP’s” page. Look for any errors. Is the behavior the same in other browsers?
-Brian
Hi,
Go to the Live Traffic page, enable the javaScript Console, and hit refresh and see if anything pops up. You may also have another plugin conflicting with Wordfence. Try disabling all plugins except Wordfence and then enable one at a time.
Thanks!
BrianHi,
Simply go to the the Country Blocking section of Wordfence and uncheck the country that is blocked. You can also use “deselect all” to uncheck all countries to unblock them.
Thanks,
BrianHi,
You may want to try enabling High Sensitivity and running another scan. This will scan backup files.
Also, you can email any suspicious code to samples (at) wordfence.com and we will evaluate it. If for some reason it is not in our database, we will add it.
Thanks!
BrianHi,
Good questions! The dashboard does show the top 5 blocked sites as you see. The default time for a block is 5 minutes. By the time you are looking for blocked IP’s in Wordfence the blocks have expired. This is normal. The number 1 blocked IP in the dashboard may have been blocked from your site 20 times. Each of the 20 blocks lasts for 5 minutes. During the 5 minute block the attacker can’t attempt to access your site and typically moves on for a while.
In the dashboard under “Updates Needed”, you will see any updates need listed here. Currently, it appears your site does not have any updates needed so it displays “No updates are available at this time.” When updates are available this message will change.
Hope that answers your questions! Thanks for using Wordfence.

Hi,
What are you using for site stats? Google analytics or something similar?
On the email alert issue, have you configured an email address to send alerts to and have you tried sending a test email?
Thanks,
BrianHi,
Thanks for the suggestion. I’ll pass it along. We consider all feature requests but can’t guarantee if or when a requested feature will be implemented.
Thanks!
BrianI’ll pass the suggestion along. We can’t guarantee that a feature will make it into the product but we do consider all suggestions. In the meantime, you could setup filters in your email program to look for UserIP: (your IP) to file them away.
The internet is dynamic in nature so IP’s change and get reassigned from time to time. For example, the address from your home that you’d set as whitelisted changes. You’d then have to figure out your new IP address and update the whitelist.
Thanks for using Wordfence!
