Hi,
Simply go to the the Country Blocking section of Wordfence and uncheck the country that is blocked. You can also use “deselect all” to uncheck all countries to unblock them.

The dashboard shows that the country PK has been blocked but under Country Blocking in Wordfence Pakistan is not checked and no countries are blocked.
The dashboard widget shows the country of IPs that are blocked for any reason, usually from breaking the rules under “Login security options” on the options page, but it doesn’t necessarily mean that the whole country was blocked.
In most cases, this means that there are some hacked servers or PCs in Pakistan that were trying to break into your site, and only those were blocked, so this probably is ok. If you have email alerts from Wordfence that show IPs that were blocked in Pakistan, you may be able to tell by the domain whether they are servers, or real users.
