In reply to: [Easy Updates Manager] Ability to update plugin for specific user roleHi @tannerchung,
Thanks for the explanation, I’ll add this to feature request list. Actual implementation depends on management decision.
Again, there is no option to prevent WP updates to show up in updates page unless you disable core update itself.
Regarding email notification, this is send only after the automatic update has happened. It is not about available updates.
Hi @peopleinside,
There is already an option (Core Notification E-mails) which sends you email about automatic updates happened. It is summary of happened update.
I’ll add this to our feature request list.

In reply to: [Easy Updates Manager] Ability to update plugin for specific user roleHi @tannerchung,
I’m afraid there is no such fine grained control. At the moment all admin role users can access plugins settings. You can exclude some, if you want to using Advanced tab settings. But once a user has access to plugin settings, then he is able to set automatic update options for all plugins and themes.
Can you please explain the use cases of such feature? We may consider adding it.

In reply to: [Easy Updates Manager] The plugin got messed up and became uselessHi @alex_er,
WordPress 4.9.3 release has a bug and broken automatic updates. That is why 4.9.4 is released. So after updating to 4.9.3, Easy Updates Manager is not able to update anything, you need to manually update.
https://codex.wordpress.org/Version_4.9.4But if you’re updated manually to 4.9.7, then it will update everything automatically, please make sure you turn on the automatic updates in general tab (2nd section)

In reply to: [Easy Updates Manager] I always install this plugin as first.Hi @deputat,
Thanks for your review and rating.
Could you please elaborate
Auto Savepart? General settings are in auto save mode while other tabs needs manual save. Before 7.0.1, it was in auto save mode but refreshes page with every click. Since these pages contains multiple settings, we wanted to avoid multiple page refreshes and preferred single save button.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Easy Updates Manager] Dashboard login – The page isn’t redirecting properlyHello Ash Whitney,
Do you still get
Fatal errorafter reinstalling the plugin?
Is your single site or multisite? As others don’t experience such issue neither could I reproduce the issue at my end, I still believe it is something to do with server setup/config. If you could share apache error log file, that would be helpful for us to look into the issue.
Thanks for your patience with our plugin.

In reply to: [Easy Updates Manager] Dashboard login – The page isn’t redirecting properlyHi @ashwhitney,
This message
The page isn’t redirecting properly Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.
comes from server (for example, Apache) and meaning that it didn’t reach your WordPress folder to serve the page. We don’t do any redirects within our plugin code. For this message, I would like to recommend you that you need to reinstall Easy Updates manager plugin.
Fatal error: Class ‘MPSUM_Admin_Ajax’ not found in /home/headwaynw/public_html/wp-content/plugins/stops-core-theme-and-plugin-updates/main.php on line 153I hope this helps you, if you have further questions please feel free to ask
