frag mal bitte bei PayPal nach, ob dein PayPal Plus schon freigeschaltet ist. In der Regel tritt das Problem auf, wenn das noch nicht der Fall ist, siehe auch https://wordpress.org/support/topic/zugriff-nicht-erlaubt/. Im Sandboxmodus funktioniert es, nehme ich mal an.

das ist tatsächlich ein Problem in unserem Plugin, das wir schnellstmöglich beheben werden. Der Bug kann auftreten, wenn Produkt-Preise in Brutto angegeben werden. Wir arbeiten mit Hochdruck an einem Bugfixrelease, welches diverse Bugs beheben wird, und geben dir Bescheid, wenn es soweit ist. Wenn du möchtest, kannst du gerne auch eine Betaversion vorab testen, sobald wir einen Fix für dein Problem haben.

in BackWPup go to Settings and then to the Tab General. There you can find an option to display folders sizes in the Files Tab when editing a job.
This could help to find large files faster.

did you only delete the plugin files from ftp and did not uninstall the plugin?
If yes, copy the backwpup files to ftp and uninstall the plugin using the uninstall button in your wordpress backend. Thats the correct way to uninstall plugins. Because they write things in your database and your database is not cleaned up, if you just delete files.

we are trying to reproduce this error. Can you please enable the wordpress debugging, run the job again and check the content of the debug.log file afterwards. Please see this doc https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress about WordPress debugging. The debug.log is located in the wp-content directory of your wordpress installation.

– enable the wordpress debugging and check if there are errors in the debug log. Please see this doc: https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress
– in your WordPress go to Settings=>Information and copy the text from there
– generate a debug log for the not working job as described here: http://docs.backwpup.com/article/48-sending-in-log-files-for-the-supportIf you want, you can subscribe to our beta tester newsletter and get informed as soon as we have a beta version to test, so you could try the fix for your problem before the next release is published.

Dropbox API will be retired June. I just checked Backup to Dropbox on our test system and it works. And we are working on switching to Dropbox API v2, so it will be available in time.
