when you edit the backup job you see the tab “Files”. There you can exclude/include folders from backup.

it seems there is no free space on the backup destination you are using. Delete some files and try it again. Probably there are older backups you do not need any more.

BackWPup seems not to have the permission to read the mentioned directories. Your admin should check the file permissions.
And probably you can exclude the directories generating the warnings from backup (Tab Files), depending on what they contain.

we do not recommend to backup such big sites with a plugin. You should instead think about backing up via your hoster.

it seems you’re using varnish. Please exclude wp-cron.php from varnish. Contact your hoster if you don not know how.

Normally the problem with Job restarts due to inactivity for 5 minutes is solved, when you change the maximum script execution time as described in the docs: http://docs.backwpup.com/article/157-job-restarts-due-to-inactivity-for-more-than-5-minutes .

if the language of your WordPress Install is russian, the plugin should be in russian too. Translation to russian ist not 100%, so probably you will see some untranslated items.
You can also have a look to the updates in your backend. If there are translations to be updated please do this.Christina
