    Hey
    For about two months or so, we have been receiving failed logs from backwpup.

    I have deleted the plugin from my site, but it keeps sending error reports. I deleted the plugin from the plugin folder in FTP.

    The warnings goes like this ( i will put “” around the stuff i have changes because i want it to be private ):

    WARNING: File size of “/home/netnaut1/public_html/”website.com”/wp-admin.zip “long number”” cannot be retrieved. File might be too large and will not be added to queue.

    Second warning:
    ERROR: Dropbox API: (507) Dropbox was unable to complete this action because of a storage quota limit. https://content.dropboxapi.com/1/commit_chunked_upload/sandbox/“sitename”%20backup/backwpup_0faeb5_2017-03-26_19-34-02.zip?overwrite=true&upload_id=”AAAAAAAAlongnumber”

    Third warning:
    ERROR: Job has ended with errors in 745 seconds. You must resolve the errors for correct execution.

    Hi,

    did you only delete the plugin files from ftp and did not uninstall the plugin?

    If yes, copy the backwpup files to ftp and uninstall the plugin using the uninstall button in your wordpress backend. Thats the correct way to uninstall plugins. Because they write things in your database and your database is not cleaned up, if you just delete files.

    Since we didn’t get a response back and we provided a solution, we assume, that this got solved. But if this is not the case, please get back to us and we are happy to help!

    to install the plugin, as you normally do, was the first thing i did, and when that didn’t work, i deleted all the files from http://FTP... it still sends an email with the same errors. I deleted every trace of this plugin, but nothing works.

    @mathiasarlund, please try what Christina suggested. Place the files back in FTP, and uninstall the plugin through WordPress. Then let us know if that worked.
