I’ve never been able to get a response from him via any method.
Unfortunately I don’t have time to troubleshoot the problem for you. The website is being launched today so we used a stripped down version of the MailChimp form, absent of all Javascript.
RE: Dropdown
You can say that it works, but it doesn’t. The only way I can get those fields to display is if I switch them to checkboxes which is not ideal for my situation.RE: Embed Code
I would think you would already know that MailChimp form code does not work in WordPress widgets. That is why it is so important that you have a properly working plugin or at least, properly output forms so that we can target certain areas that are not to be displayed on a specific form (ie styling elements). Furthermore, the “Add the full form to your website” option is not code to embed a form and you very well should know that. That’s HTML to create a link to the externally hosted form. Telling a visitor to click a link to fill out a form is horrible for usability and 75% of visitors wouldn’t bother. You should never be recommending that method to anyone.I await your timely response and resolution to these problem…
Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Plugin: MailChimp List Subscribe Form]Form plugin displays provides no styling elements (ids or classes) to individually disable different section of a form.
I am using the same list form in two different sections of a website, however one form is to display one set of checkboxes and the other is to display another two sets of checkboxes. If the form output would have simply wrapped div classes around each of the individual elements I would easily be able to hide the checkboxes that don’t belong with the particular form.

I can not publicly post the link as it is still under development, but have provided a screenshot. The Location and Free Trial fields are supposed to be drop downs and the checkboxes don’t display at all.
RE: 2. The plugin is converting my dropboxes to text fields.
3. I want to show values, not labels. Their is no way to get rid of the labels and instead display values in the text fields.
1. My form checkboxes are not displaying on the frontend. They are being converted by your plugin to these “interest groups” and it’s not set that way in MailChimp.
2. My form dropboxes are not display on the frontend.
Also, my dropdown boxes aren’t displaying on the frontend.
What if we don’t want our checkboxes to display as interest groups? The purpose of me having checkboxes is so that we know what programs that the subscribers are interested in. I have no option to get rid of this “interest group” function that doesn’t allow visitors to select what they want.
Plugin Author is unresponsive, even for those who paid for the premium version of the plugin.
Still having this problem. I think we’ve pinpointed it down to it’s happening when users are changing/resetting their passwords.
We PAID for this plugin and would appreciate it if it would WORK without hassle.
My issues remains unresolved. Here is another screenshot for reference.
AAM is installed on a multisite installation, identical plugins on these two sites but one shows all of the options and the other doesn’t.
AAM is also still randomly disabling role access, requiring us to go into AAM when a client complains and resave the role settings.
We paid for the premium version of this plugin. O_o
Has developer support ceased with this plugin?
I know what Miscellaneous is for. I shouldn’t have to add the capability because they showed up automatically in the others. Please reference the screenshot I provided that shows this.
