In reply to: [WordTwit Twitter Plugin] Not auto-posting to Twitter…Remains unresolved…
I am using 2.9, but I’m also using WP 3.8.1, so I’m not sure if that’s a factor in why it’s being ornery. The first function provided worked, the second did not.
Thank you bunches!
I am unfortunately, experiencing the same problem. Could a specific solution to the problem please be provided by the Plugin Author?
I attempted the functions file modifications as described here, however the only result was a white screen.
Well, I gave him what he asked for…
I “reconsidered” my review of this plugin with a direct like to this thread.
Plugin Author offers no support when problems arise, even for those that paid for the premium version of the plugin. Plugin Author is also trying to extort positive reviews for his plugin from his victims by exchanging fixing the problems his plugin created in the first place for good reviews. Proof of this is in the below link.

This plugin completely trashed the capabilities of our network installations and despite requests for the months for a solution to strip this plugin completely out and restore default permissions, we’re still stuck!
Save yourself the trouble and purchase Menu Editor Pro.
Are you seriously telling me that you won’t provide a fix for the plugin we paid for despite you having the means to do so…Unless we modify our review of this plugin first?
Extortion much?
As mentioned, even if we uninstall, the AAM role modifications still affects the website. We have to continue using AAM because without being able to restore the WP Defaults, we’re stuck.
We also already purchased a license for the premium version of your plugin a long, long time ago. That’s why we’ve been so frustrated.
Thanks.
Hi Vasyl,
We are still using AAM because we have to. We have not found a way to restore the default WP options so that we may start from scratch and get our roles fixed. If we uninstall, the AAM role modifications still affect the website.
Would it be possible to get a copy of this script that restores the defaults for all roles?
You shouldn’t have bothered paying for the premium version and I would recommend doing a charge back on it for a faulty product. He provides no support, even if you pay and the plugin itself is garbage.
You’re better off stripping this out and finding something else to use. We’ve successfully transitioned to Admin Menu Editor Pro, but AAM royally screwed multiple installations and we’re still trying to make repairs to get this crap out. I hope you haven’t gotten to far in playing with AAM otherwise you may just have to start from scratch with a new WP installation.

While it’s sweet that you’re trying to help, Blue Lotus, that forum looks to be just as dead as this plugin as most of the messages are from 2012 and the linked topic would not resolve my want to strip AAM completely from our platforms.
Nevermind. Figured out that some that the shortcode managed to get inside a “predefined” section tag which was causing the issue.

In reply to: [MP6] Missing checkmark in media manager+1 Noted the same issue.
Close “x” image in the right corner is also missing in the media manager. It appear the icon is 404ing.

In reply to: [Advanced Access Manager – Access Governance for WordPress] Upgrade FailUnfortunately the “small CSS issue” renders the plugin unusable as it doesn’t allow us to make the changes we need for our users.
We continue to have unresolved problems with the plugin simply not working. We mark things as active for a user group, it doesn’t stick. In particular our biggest issue is we’re having an entire user base unable to save HTML in widget areas and this is happening on two completely separate platforms.
