Hi there @plakatraketten,
Thanks for reaching out!
I can see that your plan was pending approval because we’ve been waiting for you to let us know that your site is ready. When a plan is pending, you can test your form with authorised email addresses only.
I can see that your site is ready now so I went ahead and approved it. I also tested your subscription form and it seems to be working now.
Please let me know if you need further help!
Hi there @kaostc,
Thanks for reaching out! Are you using a custom confirmation page or MailPoet’s default page?
Please try the following steps:
- Go to MailPoet > Settings > Sign-up confirmation tab and select a different page as the Confirmation page.
- Save changes.
- Set the page back to the MailPoet page.
- Save changes.

Hi there @thegv2020,
Thanks for reaching out!
It sounds odd indeed. Are those subscribers who placed an order on your site maybe? If that’s the case, they will become unsubscribed if they uncheck the opt-in checkbox on the checkout page.
Also, if you edit these subscribers, do you see any history for unsubscribing at the bottom of the page?
Hi there @tchitcho30 @thegv2020 and @exploratoriumberlin,
The fix has been released today.
Please let us know if the issue persists after an update to 4.6.1.
Hi there @johnau3a,
We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
Hi there @roycedigital,
Adding to Andrew’s reply, “scheduled” means that a subscriber is Unconfirmed and haven’t confirmed their subscription yet. The email will be sent as soon as they become Subscribed.
You can read more about it here: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/360-troubleshooting-welcome-emails
If you create a test user and confirm their subscription, does your Welcome email get sent?

Hi there @dadaderdon,
Your subscribers’ data is stored in your site’s database. If the data is still there, you will see it in MailPoet > Subscribers as soon as you reinstall the plugin.

Hi there @fotokart,
Thanks for reaching out!
I see that our product team marked this feature as planned: https://mailpoet.canny.io/feature-requests/p/new-segment-woocommerce-product-tag
We don’t have any ETA for it at the moment, but I’d still recommend you go and vote it up to show demand 🙂
Cheers!

Hi there @heli-a,
Thanks for getting back to us!
I recommend enabling logging in MailPoet > Settings > Advanced tab > Loggins > set it to Everything and then replicate the issue again.
Let us know if you see any entries in the log!

In reply to: [MailPoet - Newsletters, Email Marketing, and Automation] Unknown emailHi @mooieplaatsen,
Thanks for getting back to us!
This has been implemented in version 4.1.1 to check if the mail function of the site is available and working as expected.
The email should be triggered when activating/updating the plugin and when testing your sending method.
We’ll work to improve this in the future so you won’t receive these bounces.
I hope it’s clearer!
