In reply to: [MailPoet - Newsletters, Email Marketing, and Automation] MAILPOET PLUGINHi there @wyldflower,
I checked the pop-up on your blog post pages and I can see it properly with no additional code.
Can you please confirm that the issue is resolved? If not, please share a screenshot of what you see and on what page.
Looking forward to hearing back from you!
Hi @undinederiviere @exploratoriumberlin @wascardev and @imoullet,
The fix will be included in this week’s release.
Please monitor for the updates and let us know if the issue persists afterwards.
Hi there @charlelie01,
Thanks for getting back to us! Can you please clarify if you mean standard WooCommerce transactional emails or WooCommerce automatic emails set up within MailPoet?
If the latter, please check the following:
- your subscriber has Subscribed status in MailPoet (they should opt-in to receive emails from you during checkout and confirm their subscription first);
- this is the first purchase for this subscriber as New Purchase emails work for the first purchases only;
- your orders are in Processing or Completed status.

Hi there @steverusso66,
Thanks for getting back to us!
I see that you set up two MailPoet cron jobs. You can remove the first one and leave the one running every minute.
After that, you can double-check with your host if it’s running properly. You can also schedule a test newsletter and see if it’s sent on time.
If it doesn’t appear to be running (i.e. emails aren’t sending), then it’s possible you may need to add the full path before
phpat the start of the command, for example/usr/local/bin/phpLet us know how it goes!
Hi there @bertil-friman,
Thanks for reaching out!
I just tested the latest Firefox with my test site and could see my subscribers without any issues. If it’s working in Chrome for you, I suspect it’s something related to Firefox.
Can you please ensure that you’re using the latest Firefox version and also test with no extension enabled?
Let us know how it goes!
