Hi there @steverusso66,
You cron job should be running periodically as it affects not just scheduled emails, but usual newsletters too.
I recommend setting it up tor un every 5 minutes and see how it goes.
You can run it more often for quicker and more accurate sending.
Cheers!

Hi there @thedetoureffect,
Thanks for reaching out!
I checked the logs for your account and can see that your emails are bouncing with this error: spameatingmonkey.net reports that domain ozy.com belongs to a black list
This domain is listed indeed: https://spameatingmonkey.com/lookup/ozy.com
Please remove it from your email and try sending again.
Cheers!
Hi there @steverusso66,
Thanks for reaching out!
So if I got it right, your daily Post Notification email is sent but with a delay, right?
I’d think the issue might be with your Newsletter task scheduler. Can you please try a different one from what you have set now? Here are the possible options: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/129-what-is-the-newsletter-task-scheduler

Hi there @sitebuilder14,
Thanks for reaching out!
I’m sorry to hear that MailPoet slows your site down. I checked the screenshot you shared and it seems like it can be used by its cron actions.
In such cases, we recommend trying a server-side cron. Can you please set it up? Here are the steps to follow: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/257-setting-the-server-side-cron-linux-cron

In reply to: [MailPoet - Newsletters, Email Marketing, and Automation] Dashboard LanguageHi there @janvanlam,
Thanks for reaching out!
I haven’t tested it but I’m wondering if you use the English translation files but rename them to it_IT and put them to the /wp-content/languages/plugins folder, MailPoet might use it thinking that it’s Italian.
This is the only workaround I can think of since MailPoet uses your site’s language.
Let me know if it works!
Hi there @janvanlam,
Thanks for reaching out!
You’re right that the “is in country” segment uses WooCommerce data. As a workaround, you could create a MailPoet custom field which would be the same as your Ultimate Member’s country, but there is no built-in automated way to add it to all subscribers. You can export your subscribers to a CSV file, add a custom field there and then import it back.
Youβre also welcome to add it as a suggestion here https://feedback.mailpoet.com. Our team will take it into account when discussing new features and improvements for the plugin.
I hope this clarifies a bit, but please let us know if you have any questions!
Hi there @johanhorak,
Thanks for reaching out!
With MailPoet, you can have a post published on your site with a featured image and then you can easily insert it into your newsletter: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/143-mailpoet-email-editor#:~:text=Tool%20Settings%20panel%3A-,7.%20Posts,-With%20this%20tool
Alternatively, you can create a description manually and have a button linked to your article.
Hope it helps, please let us know if you need further assistance!

Hi there @barger,
Thanks for reaching out!
Can you please check if you’re using a custom page or MailPoet Page in MailPoet > Settings > Basics tab > Manage Subscription page?
If it’s your page, please ensure that it’s publicly available.
Cheers!
Hi there @doctormarkus2022,
Thanks for reaching out!
I’m sorry to hear that you’re having an issue with images in your newsletters. In the past, we’ve seen it happening with domains/IPs that are blacklisted. Please check the domain where your images are hosted in https://mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx.
If that’s the case, you can either reach out to your host or host your images somewhere else so that they are loaded from a different domain. If a CDN changes them, that would help too π
