Fatal error: column not found

When I installed the Mailpoet plugin, I received the error message posted below. I tried deleting and re-installing the plugin, but had the same result. I searched this forum and saw that this problem has been reported in the recent past and that an update to the plugin was believed to have fixed it. I have been using this plugin on another website and have not had the error message there. Any thoughts?
