Yes, We only send the shipment status emails and we created the Delivered order status for the order management so you can see all the orders that are delivered in your admin and you can use the status to trigger post-delivery emails if you set up marketing automation.

You can trigger these orders to TrackShip by using the Get Shipment Status option in the bulk actions menu on your WooCommerce orders admin.2) There is no way to remove the Track button from the shipment status email. This button leads to the tracking page for a better customer experience. An old design that you show is added by WooCommerce Shipment Tracking plugin in the order completed email.
Hi, we checked and we can see that all the emails are being sent, if it still does not work, please login to your TrackShip account and contact the support.
Hi @joyryde can you check that the automation settings are enabled in the settings? from the WordPress menu > TrackShip > Settings

If you are TrackShip customer, you can directly contact their support on TrackShip.info.
You can use our Suggest a Shipping Provider form to submit the information about the shipping provider and our API engineers will check the option to add support.
