    Hi,

    We use Royal Mail as default.

    Within the AST plugin, the order is showing as “Pending” under shipment status. I’ve checked the Trackship dashboard and it is showing the same there so I don’t believe it’s an issue with my site setup.

    The tracking page on my website shows “Tracking information is not available, please try again later.”

    Any advice, or is this expected behaviour? I can see on Royal Mail website that the item is ready for delivery.
