I can confirm that a plugin version has been released with settings for debugging.
Navigate to TrackShip > Settings > General Settings > Debug Mode for shipment status change

We have changed the link for DHL Parcel (Netherlands).
Please sync your shipping provider list to get the updated link on your store.
To sync the shipping provider details in your store, go to WooCommerce > Shipment Tracking > Shipping Providers and on the top-right, click on the Sync Providers icon. (more about Sync providers on AST’s documentation)

TrackShip only provides the tracking service for eCommerce stores. The advanced Shipment Tracking plugin is responsible for adding tracking to the order and notifying the customer.

ThanksHi, Which shipment tracking plugin do you use? The tracking info widget is added to the Completed (shipped) order status email by AST and we just change the tracking link to direct to the tracking page on your store.
