1. In WordPress admin, navigate to TrackShip > Logs to see a log of all the emails/SMS notifications that were sent out based the shipment statuses.
2. Yes, the tracking widget will also display to the View Order Page. And on the settings, you can enable the tracking page on your store.
3. If you enabled the tracking page, the tracking links on the emails will lead to the trackign page on your store.

You will need to check the fatal error log on your store and try to fix that fatal error to avoid 500 errors.
