I just finished up deactivating all plugins on my staging site; still not working. I searched the support forum to see if maybe the theme was the issue even though I changed it too. Any chance you know if this plugin is compatible with Flatsome theme? Also, is there a way to test what is blocking the link from working besides the manual process of deactivating plugins?

I’ve tried Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, and Firefox. None of them showed the prompt message to add to homescreen. I also tried on my iPhone in Safari and Google Chrome. Safari has always had the option to add to home screen but that is not available in Google Chrome on the iPhone. Am I missing something? I’ve cleared the cache on everything! OneSignal is not needed for the prompt message, correct?

I did have the restricted card setting enabled and confirmed that a customer was trying to purchase with a card (visa) I had as preferred. Error message: Admin declined the payment due to Card Restriction.
I have since unchecked the restricted card setting. Will this create other issues? Anything else I can try?

Already had my WP Memory limit raised. I get a 500 – Internal Server Error now when I try to activate the installed plugin. I have been using this plugin for months plus another paid Xadapter plugin. This all became an issue after I updated WooCommerce plugin. Is there an incompatibility issue?

The latest customer message: “I have tried three times to make a purchase on your website using my credit card as payment and none have gone through. The site just “shades” (lightens) like its being processed but it never goes through. Can you please advise?”
Does “shades” (lightens) help narrow where I should focus my search? I’ve had to disable this plugin because no customer has been successful except me!

[metadata] => ArrayI have multiple customers say that they can’t get past the credit card payment or it freezes. Stripe is fine and I can’t ignore all my customers. Yes, sometimes it is operator error. I interpret their comments as they put in the CC info and hit place order; nothing happens. Is the [limit] saying that it times out? Where else should I be looking for the root cause?
