In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Avoid Duplicate RSVPsHi there @ypeng
The user would need to have been logged into your site (with just a simple user account) when they registered with the RSVP. Then if they return to that screen, it should say something like “You have 1 RSVP for this Event.”
Without them logging in the system doesn’t really have a way to identify that with anonymous users.
Let me know if you have questions!

Support at TECSorry you are still having trouble here, I’m going to assume you have follow this guide correct? https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/tickets-commerce/
You’ll need to set the currency symbol in Events > Settings > General, and then under Events > Settings > Payments you need to set that to CAD there. You’ll need to have a PayPal developer account to set this up, could that possibly be an issue?
Can you maybe share some screenshots of your settings on the “Payments” tab? You can upload them to some kind of sharing site. Please let us know!

In reply to: [Event Tickets and Registration] Currency Symbol not displayingHi again @1stconnectweb
Thanks for letting me know, unfortunately I wasn’t able to get those screenshots, are you able to upload them on something like Loom?
I want to check here, you have the currency stuff setup, where exactly is it not displaying correctly? We did have a bug that was affecting the currency on the Checkout page, but that has since been patched.
I think once I can get those screenshots I should be able to see. If you want you can send them to my email ( my name here @theeventscalendar.com , I can’t post that directly apparently.)

In reply to: [Event Tickets and Registration] Delete event URL ticket emailHi there again @pimonda1
To edit the Ticket email, you will need to follow this guide to change that: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/customizing-the-ticket-email/
This is not something we can outright change, but you can definitely customize you emails if you want to. You will likely need some PHP knowledge to edit this, I hope that helps!

In reply to: [Event Tickets and Registration] Currency Symbol not displayingSorry about the trouble you are having here, the version number you are referring to is for The Events Calendar, not event Tickets. Can you confirm you have Events Tickets version 5.2.3?
It sounds like the currency selector you are using is just under the General Events settings, you’ll also need to change that under the “Payments” tab since it sounds like you are using Tickets Commerce? https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/tickets-commerce/
Please let me know!

In reply to: [Event Tickets and Registration] Return to cart bug in checkoutHi @lpsdlv
Sorry about the delay on this, it seems that link is expired, can you provide another one and I can definitely try to create a CSS for this for you in the meantime?

In reply to: [Event Tickets and Registration] Show list of attendeesHi @pimonda1
Ah ok great, if you have a Premium license then, can you please submit a Support ticket here: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/ To address the original issue you spoke about: ““0 people are attending event tuesday” and we would be happy to try and help.
Unfortunately I am having some trouble understanding what you mean by all this in your reply, but can you please reference it in your ticket and we will try to assit. (It sounds like a Customization and as per our Support Policy we cannot provide support for Customizations.)
But since you have a license, you can submit for Premium Support and we will do our best to help you!

In reply to: [Event Tickets and Registration] Add to calendar (Ios & android)Hi again @pimonda1
I am not sure which snippet you are referring to there, but all of the code in either article are sort of jumping off points, they are not all necessarily out of the box solutions. And same goes for Styling that Google button, you will have to apply some changes to it. If that’s not something you are comfortable doing, you can reach out to our partners at Codeable for some Development assistance!

In reply to: [Event Tickets and Registration] Show list of attendeesHi again @pimonda1
So one thing I am curious of, you say you are using the shortcodes and Attendee List, these are Event Tickets Plus features. Do you have a license for Event Tickets Plus?
Can you please link to this page and I can try and assist with a CSS fix?

In reply to: [Event Tickets and Registration] Customer not received email@hpthatsme I understand your frustration with this, but as Juan mentioned above, this is how the plugin is meant to function, I do not believe there is going to be a “fix” for this because it is not a bug. Juan simply meant we are considering other possible options in the future, but for right now if you need to get Attendee email addresses, you need to require folks to login to your site. Which I think you can accomplish with the most basic of login setups really.

In reply to: [Event Tickets and Registration] Add to calendar (Ios & android)Hi @pimonda1
I would be happy to help you out here, by default actually tickets do not contain a link to add events to your calendar. You can take a look at this extension here and it will let you add a Google Calendar link: https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/tribe-ext-ticket-email-settings/
For anything other than that, you would have to make an edit, so you may want to take a look at this older forum post as a reference: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/add-google-calendar-ical-link-from-events-single-page-view-to-rsvp-email/
Also, you can take a look at this guide for editing the email with a template override: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/customizing-the-ticket-email/
