Support at The Events CalendarI will go ahead and resolve this thread, and someone should be answering that ticket for you soon if they have not already!

In reply to: [Event Tickets and Registration] Phone Number missingHi @calyweb
Thank you for letting me know, so if you have Event Tickets Plus then you have access to premium support (unless this is a non profit license?) So please I would ask you to submit a ticket here: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/ and we will handle this in a Support ticket.
If you haven’t submitted a ticket before, you’ll need to login with the account that has the licenses (possibly your customers account.) and then you should be able to submit.
If you have already submitted, do you have a ticket number for that? If not please head there and we will help you and your client with this!

In reply to: [Event Tickets and Registration] Phone Number missingHi @calyweb
Sorry about the trouble you are having here, but Custom Attendee Registration fields have always been part of Event Tickets Plus. So do you have a license for ET+ or are you using the Free Event Tickets?
Hi @d216
Wonderful, I am super glad that worked for you!
Hi @d216,
I would be happy to help! First off, since you have Event Tickets Plus, have you submitted a support ticket with us then?
If you have, can you let me know that ticket number or who was assisting you and I can take a look at that before I provide any info you may have already seen.
Hi @maasgarid
Sorry about the trouble you are having here, that is quite strange. You said you are using WooCommerce, so that means you have Event Tickets Plus, have you submitted a support ticket with us? https://theeventscalendar.com/support/
I would encourage you to submit a ticket there if you have a premium license.
Hi @klimada
Thanks for giving that a try, unfortunately I actually think this might be a limitation of Event Tickets, as state by Juan in this thread: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/customer-not-received-email/
It seems that you’ll need to require users to login and then use their email to receive tickets, or otherwise purchase a license for Event Tickets Plus and have accessing to Individual Attendee Collection.
I am going to confirm this with my team, but I am fairly certain this is the case. However requiring users to login is a pretty simple addition, and the settings are under Events > Settings > Tickets
Let me know if you have any questions!
Hi there,
Sorry about the issue you are having here, I was actually dealing with another case just like this today. One thing that was suggested to me, was to have you try Un-installing and Deleting Event Tickets (and The Events Calendar too if you have it) and seeing if that remedies the issue. Sometimes some of the options data can get corrupted and a fresh install can help.
You might also want to try testing for conflicts if you have other plugins: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/testing-for-conflicts/ information/
Please let me know if either of these work for you!
