Hi @rughjm,
Thanks for contacting us!
It’s possible that if your server has a firewall or something that could prevent our plugin from accessing the destination link, it will mark your affiliate links as an “error”.
Once you’ve cleared the possible server issue, please check if the links are redirecting to the correct destination when you click or paste it to your browser. If you’re still getting an “error” status, then it’s safe to say that you can ignore these warnings. You can choose to ‘Ignore’ the link reported as ‘error’ on Thirsty Affiliates > Reports > Link Health tab.
You can read more about our Link Health Checker here:

Unfortunately, we don’t support displaying the wholesale price to a non-wholesale customer or guests. Our plugin is designed to apply wholesale prices when a user is logged in as a wholesale customer. This allows you to have both the regular price for non-wholesale customers and the wholesale price for wholesale customers.
I hope this is clear! If you have any other question, feel free to ask me again!
Hi @danduv,
Thanks for contacting us!
Please be aware that the free WooCommerce Wholesale Prices doesn’t support the integration with WooCommerce Product Add-Ons.
If you’re using the WooCommerce Wholesale Prices Premium, we have a full integration with the WooCommerce Product Add-Ons and the add-on price should reflect in the order of your wholesale customer. To investigate further, I would like to ask for a temporary admin credential to inspect your settings, if you have any outdated plugins, lower than required PHP version or anything else that might produce this issue.
Also, please be aware that we are not allowed to cater tickets related to our premium plugins here. To better assist you with this, please forward this inquiry with your admin credentials via our support form here: https://wholesalesuiteplugin.com/support/support-request-form/
Thank you and I look forward to receiving your message!

Hi @eon123,
Thanks for contacting us!
When using special characters like ampersand, brackets, and space in the URL, it is parsed by the browser using escaping characters like %20, %24 and etc. By default, the importer checks and eliminate invalid characters from the URL. If you enable the Skip escaping of URLs?, it will not eliminate invalid characters and continue to import them.
Regarding the correct settings for Amazon Affiliate links, you just need to make sure that the links are Uncloaked. This is to adhere to Amazon’s policy to not cloak links.
The ideal redirect type should be 301 Permanent unless you frequently change the destination URL. For additional reference, please visit our guide here: https://thirstyaffiliates.com/knowledgebase/difference-redirect-types-use
The rest of the link options should be based on your personal preference.
I hope this helps! If you have any other question, feel free to ask me again!

Hi @andyxpress,
Thanks for contacting us!
We use custom meta for the wholesale price and you should be able to bulk edit it by exporting your product CSV on Products -> Export with the checked “Yes, export all custom meta”.
To generate the wholesale price custom meta on the CSV file, please apply a wholesale price to one or two of your products first, before exporting.
I hope this helps! Please let me know how it goes!

Hi @pubdirltd,
Thanks for getting in touch!
Could you please check your Site Address (URL) under your Settings -> General, to verify if you have the https:// saved on your settings? It is likely that you might have a different protocol (http://) saved on your Site Address (URL) that’s why it writes differently.
I hope this helps! Please let me know how it goes!
Hi @felizn,
Thanks for keeping in touch!
You should be able to find your WooCommerce version and PHP version on your WooCommerce > Status.
The issue with the free WooCommerce Wholesale Prices should be addressed first, in order for the premium version to run smoothly. Could you please update me about the result of the basic debugging? This will help us know if there’s a conflicting theme or plugin that might produce this issue with the missing wholesale price field on your product’s settings.
I look forward to your response!
Hi @varenummer,
Thanks for contacting us!
I apologize for the late reply but I’m glad that you were able to find the solution to this issue.
Just an additional information that might help, the easiest way to translate our WooCommerce Wholesale Prices is by using the Loco Translate plugin. With this plugin, you can translate any plugins and themes straight from the backend.
Another option is using Poedit to create the translation files and this page should give you more idea about it: https://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/how-to-translate-a-wordpress-plugin/.
If you have any other questions, feel free to ask!
Hi @landonbotis,
Thanks for sharing this information.
I apologize for overlooking at this issue. The βRe-Initialize Product Visibility Meta buttonβ is usually the go-to solution when it comes to wholesale price visibility issues. Unfortunately, this is a premium version exclusive feature.
I’m glad that by simply re-activating the plugin solved the issue for you. I’ll take note of this and will suggest this to our users who will have this issue in the future.
Thanks again and have a nice day!
Hi @felizn,
Thanks for your response.
Yes, you are correct. There should be a wholesale customer price option in your product settings.
Please check if you have an updated version of WooCommerce and a running PHP version not lower than 5.6.
Also, could you please try to perform a basic debug on your site to check if there’s a conflicting theme or plugin that might cause this issue. To do this, please have a backup of your site first. Then switch your theme to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Seventeen and disable other plugins (except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Wholesale Prices), Afterwards, please check if the issue persists.
Kindly reach out to us via our support form here if you continue to experience this issue and please include a temporary admin credential so we could investigate further: https://wholesalesuiteplugin.com/support/support-request-form/
I hope this helps! Please let me know how it goes!

Hi @felizn,

After applying wholesale prices to your products, please keep in mind that you need to log in as a wholesale customer in order to view the applied wholesale prices. Please go to your Dashboard then Users > Add New to create a user with a wholesale customer role.
Regarding the settings, unfortunately, the extended settings and other features are only available for the premium version. To learn more about the premium version, please visit our page here: https://wholesalesuiteplugin.com/product/woocommerce-wholesale-prices-premium/
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions; I’ll be happy to assist you!
