Woocommerce Product Addons

    Although I see you say Woocommerce Product Addons are supported – it is not working on my site. I just received an order for a variable item with an add on from a wholesale customer, and they were not charged for the addon. Anything special that I need to do in the configuration to make this work?

    Please be aware that the free WooCommerce Wholesale Prices doesn’t support the integration with WooCommerce Product Add-Ons.

    If you’re using the WooCommerce Wholesale Prices Premium, we have a full integration with the WooCommerce Product Add-Ons and the add-on price should reflect in the order of your wholesale customer. To investigate further, I would like to ask for a temporary admin credential to inspect your settings, if you have any outdated plugins, lower than required PHP version or anything else that might produce this issue.
