Support » Plugin: WooCommerce Wholesale Prices » Free Version Not Showing On Products

  • Resolved felizn

Hi, I’ve downloaded the free version of the wholesale pricing and it’s not showing on the products. When I go into settings it’s pretty much grey’d out only allowing me to learn more about the suite products.

    Hi @felizn,

    Thanks for contacting us!

After applying wholesale prices to your products, please keep in mind that you need to log in as a wholesale customer in order to view the applied wholesale prices. Please go to your Dashboard then Users > Add New to create a user with a wholesale customer role.

Regarding the settings, unfortunately, the extended settings and other features are only available for the premium version. To learn more about the premium version, please visit our page here:

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions; I’ll be happy to assist you!

Hi Ray. Once I install the plugin, without doing anything I should be able to see on any product the words wholesale sale under general no ? My problem isn’t that I am not logging in as a user I am not seeing the wholesale option under the general section of the product to select ???

    Hi @felizn,

    Thanks for your response.

Yes, you are correct. There should be a wholesale customer price option in your product settings.

Please check if you have an updated version of WooCommerce and a running PHP version not lower than 5.6.

Also, could you please try to perform a basic debug on your site to check if there’s a conflicting theme or plugin that might cause this issue. To do this, please have a backup of your site first. Then switch your theme to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Seventeen and disable other plugins (except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Wholesale Prices), Afterwards, please check if the issue persists.

Kindly reach out to us via our support form here if you continue to experience this issue and please include a temporary admin credential so we could investigate further:

I hope this helps! Please let me know how it goes!

My goodness…sigh…I have version 4.9.8 which is the update they push through, I don’t know how to find the php version above 5.6 do I look for the plugin of that version in add plugins? Do you think this would be a problem if I had the paid version?

    Hi @felizn,

    Thanks for keeping in touch!

You should be able to find your WooCommerce version and PHP version on your WooCommerce > Status.

The issue with the free WooCommerce Wholesale Prices should be addressed first, in order for the premium version to run smoothly. Could you please update me about the result of the basic debugging? This will help us know if there’s a conflicting theme or plugin that might produce this issue with the missing wholesale price field on your product’s settings.

I look forward to your response!

Same problem here….the settings page is greyed out. Will be looking elsewhere.

    Hi @anneminford,

Thanks for the message. There are no settings for the free version, all configuration is done on the products themselves.

The screenshot there in the settings page is showing what is available in the Prices Premium add-on:

    Hope this helps!
