Hi @rdallas4pm,
Thanks for contacting us!
We’d like to take a look at your site so we could investigate the issue further. Would you please provide us with a temporary admin credential to your site?
Also, are you OK with us doing some basic troubleshooting such as turning plugins on and off to see if there are any conflicts, changing minor settings temporarily, creating temporary users, etc?
If the answer to this is no, then ideally we’ll need access to a staging site where we can narrow down and debug the issue without disturbing your live site.
Please send your reply on our Thirsty Affiliates support form and kindly mention that I’m assisting you with your issue here. https://thirstyaffiliates.com/support/support-request-form
Thanks in advance and I look forward to your reply.
Hi @themindfulwino,
Thanks for contacting us!
Please check if you have the updated version of Thirsty Affiliates 3.4.0 and running WordPress with PHP version not lower than 5.6.
Also could you please try to clear your browser cache or use a private/incognito browser to see if that helps?
If the steps above didn’t help solve the issue, I’d suggest doing basic debug by turning off your other plugins except for Thirsty Affiliates and switch your theme to Twenty Seventeen to check if there’s a possible plugin/theme conflict.
I hope this helps! Please let me know how it goes!
Thanks for the great review, @tajman!
We appreciate you taking time to write this review and we’re glad to know that you’re satisfied with the plugin!
Hi @giakoym,
Thanks for your reply.
I was able to test the destination URL you’ve given, added it as an affiliate link and it was working properly when saved in a post/article on my end.
To investigate the issue further, would you please provide us with a temporary admin credential to your live site or staging site so we can check your settings and run some tests? Hi @ralva83702,
Thanks for the great review!
We’re glad that to know that you’re happy and satisfied with our plugins and its features! 🙂
Hi @kayzoe1 and @chrissaibot,
Thanks for getting in touch!
The missing wholesale price could be caused by a lot of different factors. When this happens, we suggest using the Re-Initialize Product Visibility Meta button, located on WooCommerce > Settings > Wholesale Prices > Help, to fix missing wholesale data/products. In addition, please try to resave the products and the product categories to see if that also helps.
If the issue still persists, we would need to access your sites and check the PHP error log to investigate further. Kindly reach out to us via our support form here: https://wholesalesuiteplugin.com/support/support-request-form/
I hope this helps. Please let me know how it goes.
Hi @jaylehtinen,
Thanks for contacting us!
It seems that when you have the Enhanced Javascript Redirect on Frontend settings enabled, it doesn’t check with the query string added to the affiliate links and redirects without it.
I’ve already reported this to our developers. But please keep in mind that we can’t provide an ETA at the moment. For the meantime, kindly disable the Enable Enhanced Javascript Redirect on Frontend setting in ThirstyAffiliates > Settings > Link Appearance to properly redirect with the added query string.
Let me know if there’s anything else I can assist you with; I’m happy to help 🙂

Your patience is greatly appreciated!
Hi @kcaluwae,
Thanks for keeping in touch.
Upon checking, I noticed that the image with the affiliate link URL is still blocked from Googlebots.
To assist you further, would you please provide us with a temporary admin credential to your live site and staging site so we can investigate the issue and run some tests? Also, please reply using our Thirsty Affiliates support form and mention that I’m assisting you regarding this issue. https://thirstyaffiliates.com/support/support-request-form

Hi @ashishpace,
Thanks for contacting us!
Our plugins, WooCommerce Wholesale Prices and the premium plugins of the Wholesale Suite, are an extension of WooCommerce which provides wholesale features and solutions to your WooCommerce shop.
Unfortunately, we don’t provide features for stores/outlet in different locations. For something like that, please check other third party plugins like WooCommerce Geolocation Plugin or WooCommerce Multistore and inquire if they support the features you need.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.
Hi @kcaluwae,
Thanks for your response.
It seems that the main issue is because the Googlebot is being blocked and this caused an additional issue with your images with affiliate links, which contains noscript tags.
You could check this and reproduce the issue by following the steps below:
1. Go to the page with an issue (https://www.wapititravel.com/blog/en/3-week-itinerary-japan/) and open the developer tools.
2. Click on the Royal Park hotel Kyoto image and the developer tools will display an error 403 notice. If you refresh the page and remove the noscript tag by using the developer tools from the image:https://snag.gy/EcD1Sm.jpg, you’ll see that it doesn’t produce the 403 error anymore.
To fix this, please remove the Googlebot in the list of Blocked bots on your ThirstyAffiliates > Settings > General.
Please note that it is blocked by default to give you more accurate stats in the Reports page and removing it will affect the stats, as when Googlebot visits that link, it will be marked as clicked.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions!
Hi @stedavies,
Thanks for keeping in touch!
In this case, please remove the Googlebots in the list of blocked bots to allow the affiliate links to be crawled but keeping the setting of rel=”nofollow” if you don’t want Google to index these links.
Please keep in mind that this will affect the Reports as when Googlebot visits that link, it will be marked as clicked.
In addition, please be aware that the links that have the rel=”nofollow” attribute may still appear in Google’s index if other sites link to the page without using nofollow, or if the URLs are submitted to Google in a Sitemap. For more information regarding this, please visit this page: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/96569?hl=en
I hope this helps! Let me know if there’s anything else I can assist you with!
Hi @kcaluwae,
Thanks for contacting us!
Google shouldn’t follow links that have a rel=”nofollow” attribute. However, it may still appear in their index if other sites link to the page without using nofollow, or if the URLs are submitted to Google in a Sitemap. For more information regarding this, please visit this page: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/96569?hl=en
Upon checking the affiliate link image on your page, it seems that the issue is related with the noscript tag. If you try to remove it using the developer tools, the error 403 disappears. Unfortunately, we couldn’t reproduce this issue on our end as this might be related to your server configuration settings. For now, I recommend not adding noscript tag and see if that helps resolve the issue.
I hope this helps! Let me know if there’s anything else I can assist you with!
Hi @stedavies,
Thanks for contacting us!
The Googlebot blocking should only affect your affiliate links from being crawled, and not block the whole post itself. You should be able to verify this on your Google Console to check which links are blocked. This is enabled by default to give you more appropriate data in the Reports.
Generally, affiliate links are advised to have a nofollow attribute to prevent Google from indexing them. However, if you want your affiliate links to be crawled, you can simply disable the nofollow feature and remove Googlebot from the list of Blocked Bots.
I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions; I’m happy to help!
Thanks so much for the great review, @jallenges!
