Hi @informerfrk,
Thanks for contacting us!
Enabling the nofollow feature on ThirstyAffiliates should add a “nofollow” value to your affiliate link’s rel attribute. What this does is it instructs search engines that the hyperlink should not influence the link target’s ranking in the search engine’s index.
Using your browser’s Developer Tools, you can inspect your affiliate link to check if they contain the rel=”nofollow” value. If yes, then it means that the nofollow tool is already working.
I hope this helps. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask me again!
Hi @scribit,
Thanks for contacting us!
Kindly check if you have the updated version of WooCommerce 3.4.3 and PHP version at least 5.6. Please keep in mind that the Wholesale Suite plugins and WooCommerce need at least PHP version 5.6.
If you are not sure how you can update your PHP version, I’d suggest contacting your hosting provider to get assistance regarding this.
I hope this helps! Please, let me know how it goes.

Hi @steveklt,
Thanks for contacting us!
Our fields are custom meta and the WooCommerce Wholesale Prices saves the wholesale price data in wp_postmeta with this meta key: {wholesale role}_wholesale_price
So when the wholesale role key is wholesale_customer, the meta key should be something like wholesale_customer_wholesale_price.
I suggest setting up one or two products first with a wholesale price so that when you export, you’ll get all the correct field column meta fields and then reimport with all your products.
After importing the products, we recommend pressing the Re-Initialize Product Visibility Meta as WPAllImport doesn’t trigger the save_post action during the import so this data would need to be rebuilt to ensure the product visibility settings are respected properly. Please be aware that this feature is exclusive for WooCommerce Wholesale Prices Premium and you can find this setting on WooCommerce > Settings > Wholesale Prices > Help.

Hi @oowow,
Thanks for contacting us!
First, please make sure that you are logged in as a wholesale customer when testing and checking the wholesale prices on your shop/cart.
Second, if you are using a premium version of the plugin, it is also possible that if you didn’t meet the minimum order requirements you have set in your wholesale prices settings, the regular price will apply on your cart instead.
Third, I would suggest doing a basic debug to check if there’s a conflicting plugin/theme that might cause this issue. To do this, please have a backup of your site first, then switch to Twenty Seventeen WordPress theme and deactivate your other plugins. Afterward, kindly check if the issue persists. If not, continue activating your plugins until you find the culprit and then, get in touch with the author of the conflicting plugin for further assistance.
However, if the basic debug didn’t help solve the problem, could you please forward this to our support line here: https://wholesalesuiteplugin.com/support/support-request-form/ and kindly include a temporary admin credential so we can investigate the issue further. Also, please keep in mind that if you are using the premium version, please use our support form as we are not allowed to cater tickets relating to our premium plugins here.
I’m looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Thanks for contacting us!
To confirm, please disable our WooCommerce Wholesale Prices to check if the issue persists. If yes, then most likely it is caused by another plugin/theme and I would suggest doing a basic debug to know which plugin/theme causes the issue. Please keep in mind that our plugin doesn’t alter any permalinks.
To do a basic debug, please switch to Twenty-Seventeen WordPress theme and deactivate plugins except for WooCommerce and WooCommerce Wholesale Prices. Check if the issue is fixed then activate each plugin to check which produces the issue. Once you confirm which plugin causes the issue, please contact the plugin author for further assistance.
However, if the issue is confirmed to be in our end, I would need to ask you to post this issue as a support ticket in our support form here: https://wholesalesuiteplugin.com/support/support-request-form/ and please send a temporary admin credential to your staging site so we can jump in and figure this out for you. Also, kindly leave a note that you were talking to me about this issue and include the link from this forum.
I hope this helps. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask me again.
Hi @lucio7,
Thanks for contacting us!
Unfortunately, we don’t have this specific type of feature yet.
However, by using the premium version of WooCommerce Wholesale Prices, you can use the General Quantity Based Discounts, which apply discounts based on the number of items you have in the cart. So, buying more products (in your case, another ebook) will give them further discounts.
To set this up, please go to WooCommerce > Settings > Wholesale Prices > Discount and add the General Percent Discount and General Quantity Based Discounts. https://snag.gy/eXJTO7.jpg. Please be aware that the General discounts only apply to products that don’t have wholesale prices on the product level settings. If the product has a wholesale discount on the product level, it will take precedence over the General level discounts.
Regarding the caption that informs the customer about the discount, I’m afraid that you’ll need to add this manually and modify the checkout or product page.
I hope this helps. If you have any other questions regarding our premium plugins, please contact us on our support line here: https://wholesalesuiteplugin.com/support/support-request-form/
Cheers!
Hi @grossen86,
Thanks for contacting us!
If you’ve made the product translation using the WPML editor to translate the product, this editor doesn’t have a translation field for wholesale price and other custom fields that’s why the wholesale price does not show up when you switch to Swedish.
To add the translation for the wholesale price field, you can go to the bottom of your Product page and find the Multilingual Content Setup (https://snag.gy/bijm9P.jpg) to translate the wholesale price and other custom fields or go to WPML > Translation Management to add the translations.
I hope this helps. If you have any other questions regarding our premium plugins, please contact us on our support line here: https://wholesalesuiteplugin.com/support/support-request-form/

Hi @posimyththemes,

The registration feature is not included in the free WooCommerce Wholesale Prices. We have a separate plugin called WooCommerce Wholesale Lead Capture which handles wholesale registration & login with dedicated pages. It also gives you wholesale signup email sequences, customized field options and your choice of manual or automated approvals.
To learn more about the plugin, please visit this page: https://wholesalesuiteplugin.com/product/woocommerce-wholesale-lead-capture/
I hope this helps. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask me again.

Hi Sandra,
Thanks for getting in touch!
You don’t have to create a different product to set the wholesale prices for your wholesale customers. You can simply add the wholesale price together with the regular price on the product’s backend. Your public customers(regular customers) will see the regular price while logged in wholesale customers will see the wholesale price. Please go to WoocCommerce > Wholesale Roles to add wholesale roles.
Regarding the shipping method, it is possible to set this up by using the premium version of WooCommerce Wholesale Prices. Please click here for more information: https://wholesalesuiteplugin.com/kb/how-to-restrict-wholesale-customers-to-using-particular-shipping-methods/
Also, kindly visit our site to learn more about the premium plugin and the full Wholesale Suite Bundle: https://wholesalesuiteplugin.com/product/woocommerce-wholesale-prices-premium/
I hope this helps. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask me again.
