Hi @jenshagman,
Thanks for your response.
If you want to apply multiple products exclusive for wholesale roles, we recommend using the Wholesale Role Filter in the Product Category settings instead.
Please go to your Products > Categories and apply the wholesale role filter to your chosen categories. You can also create an exclusive wholesale category so you can easily apply this setting to your wholesale products.
I hope this helps!
Best regards,
Hi @loeramilca,

Unfortunately, we don’t have a feature to generate QR codes for affiliate links.
You can try to use other third-party plugins that provide QR codes for affiliate links and use the Thirsty Affiliates to manage the affiliate link URLs. However, please keep in mind that since we don’t have an integration with them, we can’t guarantee to support all of our features when used with other affiliate plugins.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questionsn!
Hi @rockmusicraider,
Thanks for contacting us!
Unfortunately, we don’t have a feature to automatically remove the inserted affiliate links from your posts if you delete them on your ThirstyAffiliate settings.
Please be aware that you need to remove them manually to prevent the link to redirect to error 404.
I suggest using the Link Inserted Scanner to find the list of posts where you have to remove the affiliate link before deleting it.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions!
Hi @ejnterprises,
Thanks for getting back to me.
Would it be possible if you could send us a staging site where these issues persist so we can investigate it further?
Kindly send to us the details via our support form here: https://thirstyaffiliates.com/support/support-request-form and please address it to me so I can pick it up immediately.
Thanks for your patience and I’m looking forward to your response!

Hi @jenshagman,

Unfortunately, the free WooCommerce Wholesale Prices doesn’t support this feature. But with our Premium version, you can apply visibility restrictions to your products so only wholesale users are allowed to see them.
You can set them on the product’s individual setting near the publish/update button: https://snag.gy/Rc1He8.jpg
Kindly check out our WooCommerce Wholesale Prices Premium and the rest of our Wholesale Suite plugins here: https://wholesalesuiteplugin.com/

Hi @ejnterprises,

After inserting an affiliate link, the Link Inserted Scanner should immediately search for the Cloaked URL slug in each of your posts and pages.
Please be aware that you can change the Title and Destination URL of your affiliate links from time to time but if the Cloaked URL slug is changed, it won’t be able to search the previous inserted link to your post anymore.
I also suggest clearing your cache if you have a cache plugin and see if it helps.
Best regards,
Hi @npagazani,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
If you have the ThirstyAffiliates v3.7, you should get the ThirstyAffiliates Image block in the “Common Blocks”.
I suggest doing basic debug such as temporarily switching your theme to Twenty Seventeen, disabling your other plugins and ask if there’s a caching in your server that might affect it as well. This is to rule out possible conflict with another plugin/theme/cache.
If not, try reinstalling a fresh Thirsty Affiliate and see if it helps.
Please let me know how it goes!
Hi @jnoveske,
Thanks for contacting us here!
According to the WooCommerce documentation, you should be able to use that snippet to change the user role of your customers when logging in as a shop manager.
I’ve already tested it and it should be working properly. If you wish to add more wholesale role to choose from, just add the wholesale meta key found in your WooCommerce > Wholesale roles.
Let me know if there’s anything else that I can assist you with!
