Hi @greatquick,
Thanks for contacting us!
Unfortunately, we don’t support removing the prefix from the cloaked URL of your Thirsty Affiliate links. The main reason for this is because the links without link prefix are reserved for your site’s posts, pages, and media.
Let me know if there’s anything else that I can assist you with!
Best regards,
Hi @brian1003,
We’re glad to know that you find the plugin useful.

Hi @publoft,
Thanks for contacting us.
Unfortunately, due to the way the admin interface is currently coded, it is difficult to modify the pricing for backend manual orders.
Fortunately, a valid workaround for this is to use the User Switching plugin by John Blackbourn. This plugin lets you assume the identity of another user on the site and do handy things like placing orders for them in WooCommerce.
I hope this helps! If you have any other questions, feel free to ask me again.
Hi @walacky,
Thanks for getting in touch with us!
Yes, you can set up both the general minimum order quantity and minimum subtotal amount as the requirement for your wholesale customers when using our premium version. You can find this feature on WooCommerce > Settings > Wholesale Price > General > Minimum Order Requirements.
Unfortunately, the WooCommerce Wholesale Prices Premium doesn’t support discounts based on cart total. I recommend checking out our Advanced Coupon plugin, which supports this feature. Kindly check this article for reference: https://advancedcouponsplugin.com/tiered-discounts-woocommerce-coupons/
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any further questions!
Thanks so much for giving us a great review, @website2make!
Hi Joe,
Thanks for contacting us!
At the moment, if our premium customers want to transfer/activate the license to a new site, kindly submit this request using our support form and please include the email used to purchase the plugin so we can remove the old registered site from your license and activate it to another site. https://wordpress.org/support/topic/license-key-transfer/.
I’m looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi @hreviews,
Thanks for getting back to me.
It would be best to test it with your caching plugin disabled and using a different window or incognito browser.
Could you please drop a message to our support form and kindly include some screenshots, information and temporary admin credential to your site so I could investigate further.
Here’s the link to our form: https://thirstyaffiliates.com/support/support-request-form
Also, please address the ticket to me so I can pick it up from our system.
Thank you and I’m looking forward to your response.
Hi @kannan2687,
Thanks for your response.
Please make sure that you have the updated WooCommerce Wholesale Prices Premium version 1.17 and using the official WooCommerce Product Add-ons. We recently released an update regarding the re-integration with WooCommerce Product Add-ons.
If you continue to experience this issue, please send to us additional information and site credential and submit it to our support form here so we can investigate further: https://wholesalesuiteplugin.com/support/support-request-form/
I’m looking forward to your response.

Hi @hreviews,
Thanks for contacting us here.
The ThirstyAffiliates > Reports > Link Overview shows how many clicks are made to your affiliate links per given time period.
Please make sure to enable the Enable Enhanced Javascript Redirect on Frontend on ThirstyAffiliates > Settings > Link Appearance to get more accurate reporting. Also when testing, I suggest clicking it from a different browser/incognito or another device.
Regarding the analytics, it’s possible that you have it set up to exclude your own IP address, which could be the reason why it doesn’t get a page view. And please keep in mind that the ThirstyAffiliates free version doesn’t support integration with Google Analytics, only the Pro version has the Click Tracking module which connects it to your Google Analytics account.
I hope this helps! Let me know if there’s anything else that I can assist you with!
Best regards,
Hi @npagazani,
Thanks for getting back to me.
I’m glad to hear that the ThirstyAffiliates Image block is now visible on your posts.
I’m positive that your response could help other users who might run into a similar issue.
We appreciate your help trying to recreate this issue. And if ever you’ll discover anything that might be in conflict with our plugin, we’d be happy to check on it.

Hi @kannan2687,
Thanks for contacting us!

Hi @ttstauss,
Thanks for contacting us!
Please be aware that Pop-ups are different from a website redirection. If the destination URL contains pop-ups, it is blocked by default by Chrome browsers so you’ll need to enable them manually: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95472?co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop&hl=en
Also, please keep in mind that our Thirsty Affiliates plugin doesn’t create the pop-ups to the affiliate link. I suggest contacting your affiliate program to assist you further on this issue if they have something to do with the pop-ups.
I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions!
Best regards,
Thanks for the great review, @patricio11!
Hi @nnn946,
Thanks for contacting us!
In your ThirstyAffiliates > Settings > Link Appearance, we have a setting called Additional rel attribute tags where you can add the noindex tag to prevent all of your affiliates links from getting indexed on search engines.
In addition, we also have an individual link option for each affiliate link if you only want to add this noindex tag to some of your affiliate links: https://snag.gy/ZclTu0.jpg
Once the changes are applied, please allow a few days for Google to reindex your site.
I hope this helps!
Best regards,
