Hi Tony,
Thanks for getting in touch with us.
When an affiliate link is hovered, by default, it should display the title of your thirsty affiliate link.
If you don’t want to display the title, you can go to ThirstyAffiliates > Settings > Link Appearance and check the Disable title attribute on link insertion?
The cloaked URL is displayed temporarily when a user clicks on the affiliate link before it redirects and very useful if you want to share clean and better-looking links.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions!
Hi Tony,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
If the affiliate video contains a link that redirects the user to the affiliate page, then you should be able to use Thirsty Affiliates for that and track it.
However, if the video is customized via codes or in other ways other than a redirect link, then I’m afraid that we can’t support it at the moment.
I could raise this feature request to our developers for review but we can’t guarantee to implement it nor provide an ETA for this yet.
Best regards,
Hi Tony,
Thank you for getting in touch with us!
In our Thirsty Affiliates version 3.7, we’ve added a new block called ThirstyAffiliates Image. You should be able to easily insert the image with the affiliate link using that block.
Unfortunately, we don’t have an ETA yet when the Quick Add Affiliate Link (TA+) button will be available to the Paragraph block of Gutenberg. Rest assured that we’ll get in touch with you as soon as it is implemented.
I hope this helps!
Hi @rdilipk1,
Thanks for contacting us!
Unfortunately, we don’t have a specific ETA yet for the Quick Add Affiliate Link button to support the core paragraph editor of Gutenberg block. Rest assured that we are working on this and will release the feature sometime in the future updates.
In the meantime, please use the Classic editor block if you wish to use the Quick Add Affiliate Link button.
Best regards,

Hi @ejnterprises,
Thanks for getting back to us.
I appreciate the screencast and additional information about this issue. I’ve already escalated this to our developers for further checking. However, we can’t provide an ETA for the fix yet.
Also, I apologize for marking it as resolved, too early. I’ll keep you posted for an update as soon as we’ve released a fix for this.
Thank you for your patience.

Hi @jensgoro,
Thanks for getting in touch with us!
Unfortunately, we don’t have an integration with the Posting Plugin.
Instead, please use the ThirstyAffiliates Add Affiliate Link button, found in your Classic and Paragraph editor block, when editing your post so you can quickly search for the respective cloaked URL you need to apply.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions!
Hi @ejnterprises,
Thanks for contacting us!
May I know how did you convert your older version of WP posts into blocks and what was the error displayed?
Unfortunately, I couldn’t reproduce this issue and had no issues converting old posts to Gutenberg blocks. When converting, it should create a classic editor block by default, which our Thirsty Affiliates plugin supports.
Please let me know if you can share additional details/steps on this so we can assist you further.
Best regards,

Hi @niadev,
Thanks for contacting us.
Can you please confirm that you have the latest version of our plugins and WooCommerce?
Also, please try to do basic debug by disabling your other plugins and switching your theme to Twenty Seventeen, then check if the issue still persists. If not, continue activating each plugin until you find which is the conflicting plugin that might cause this issue.
I’m looking forward to your response. Please let me know how it goes!
Hi @wschaefer1,
Thanks for contacting us!
If you have the same products for the retail and wholesale site, you can import the retail products first and activate the Wholesale Suite plugin.
Afterward, set up the wholesale role tiers, then add a couple of wholesale prices to your products, set up other settings like the minimum order requirement and etc. Then export the Product CSV, with custom meta key enabled, using WoooCommerce Import/Export Tool. It should generate our custom meta keys so you can bulk edit and add the wholesale prices from your wholesale shop.
It’s also okay to combine the two product CSV first, as long as you have a few products already set up with the Wholesale Suite so you can generate the correct custom meta keys in the CSV.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have further questions!
Hi @ottarsdottir,
Thanks for contacting us!
Please be aware that the free Thirsty Affiliates plugin only supports basic reporting features, which tells you how many clicks you’ve had on your affiliate links
If you want to get an advanced reporting, I suggest using our Pro version where you can get more reports such as Link Performance by Category, Link Performance over 24 hr periods (to identify peak click times), Geolocation reports (where people click from), Best Performers Report and more. You can also save custom reports for easy reporting.
Let me know if you have further questions!
