Unfortunately we don’t support font changes. We make it a point to make sure our fonts have a lot of consistency and maintain size integrity so the products look proper.
We currently don’t have much request to have the ability to change the font. Perhaps if enough people request it our developers might add it to the future features list.
We are already integrated with Infusionsoft 🙂

We currently do not offer our Email PopUp apps to be inline.
List Builder will always pop up in the center. Scrol Box will pop up when you scroll to the bottom but you do have some settings to determine where on the page but nothing very advanced or customizeable.

You definitely dont want to change your SiteID. Changing your SiteID means anything you created or paid for will be gone. Purchase, information, settings, are all tied to your SiteID.
If you could write into our support with your issue, it would be a lot easier to track your issue or try to resolve it to see if it is indeed a bug.

Stay tuned!! We’re implementing more administrative control for SumoMe users to handle their accounts and their user access. In the mean time if they create a SumoMe account, you can write into support and we can add it for you. Just provide us with the website, siteid, and sumome email account associated with it. SumoMe doesn’t email your customers. Please make sure your MailChimp is connected and you have selected a list to push to 🙂 Also check to see if you have Double-Opt enabled. If you do, that means your subscribers will have to signup on your site, THEN confirm it once more with a follow up email sent by MailChimp.

We use to offer a badge removal for $10.00. We never offered branding removal. ONLY a badge removal. It was a one time fee.
We are really excited to offer more premium features to our users! We have transitioned from a one time fee to a subscription model that’s going to ensure we can provide better support and better features in future updates 🙂
The use of our Apps remains FREE. There is no trick. We will continue to release awesome FREE Apps.
We have to change things. We can’t continue to develop FREE apps or improve them faster, create them faster, and help you more efficiently without change 🙂
