This is most likely happening because people are interacting with the popup and not the popup itself. GA wouldn’t consider some div adding to the screen an interaction.

Unfortunately we don’t offer support for the Advanced/Custom HTML forms. They were designed via request of developers who needed/wanted more freedom to do forms and to work with Email Service Providers we are not already integrated with. You would need to upgrade to paid support to have one of our developers check your site to see if its a bug or not.

We are working on allowing multiple popups for our apps. We hope to have this in a future version of SumoMe.

This is usually caused when your theme has a JavaScript or JQuery that doesn’t allow blank input fields and overrides them forcing the fields to populate.

Currently the advanced tool is somewhat limited. Its mostly designed to allow users the ability to use custom forms for ESP’s not already integrated or some basic style control.
We’re looking to add more custom features in the future.

You shouldnt have issues with SSL compliance with SumoMe Were you using non secure elements in our forms perhaps?

Make sure you clear your cookies if you are testing your site. We highly recommend using Google Chrome’s incognito mode to test whether or not your apps are using the appropriate behaviors you have assigned.
