SumoMe isnt installed on your website. Clear your cache.
Hey Edna,
If you want to use exclude be sure you use the right syntax. For example:
http://www.riolan.mx/5-razones-por-las-que-deberias-automatizar-tareas-en-redes-sociales/
You would type
/5-razones-por-las-que-deberias-automatizar-tareas-en-redes-sociales
Hope this helps!
Hey EdnaCampos,
Hey Seabrook,
Wanted to know if you were still having the issue?

Hey Edna,
I see SumoMe working fine 🙂 Its a tiny blue sliver top right corner It covers part of the black and the grey.
Hey vnovak,
Your Main.JS is breaking your page.
While you can normally pull up the badge with this method:
http://help.sumome.com/faqs/i-hid-the-sumome-badge-and-now-i-cant-get-it-back/
Your JS throws numerous errors anytime you attempt to navigate the page with scrolling or arrows.
While we don’t know the exact reason why it’s not displaying it is likely being caused by the JavaScript as it appears to be breaking your page.
Strange Vnovak,
We are checking it out.
Hey Kevin
We spent about an hour reviewing your site. There’s some other javascript you have installed that’s interfering with our plugin. Can you disable some of your javascript and see which is affecting the rest of your plugins?
Hey Kevin
That’s no bueno. We are checking it out.
Howdy.
What’s your website URL so we can take a look?
Hey Jamie,
SumoMe does not integrate with MailPoet but I will add it to our request list.
Yes, they will still get the PDF 🙂
We do not support regular expressions. We’re working on a new and better page filter system though based on all the feedback and hope to have it available soon to make it easier to include/exclude.
Seems like a display driver issue with your computer or Chrome.
Make sure you’ve upgraded to the latest Chrome and are not using the beta/developers version.
Also update your display drivers if applicable.
SumoMe gets its share data directly from Facebook. Other plugins tend to track “clicks” as shares, which is inaccurate.
For your site though, the majority of the reason it’s off is that you’re not including the Facebook Like button. If you go to Share -> Settings -> Selected Services and adds Facebook Like it will show roughly another ~500 for this particular post.
You can’t yet. We plan to add this functionality in the near future similar to how it works in Content Analytics.
Hey Rob. Unfortunately, at this time, it’s not in the plans for SumoMe.
