As we released a compatibility update for WordPress 5.8, please update the Astra theme above 3.6.5 and the issue shall be resolved.
Also, if you are using the Astra Pro version, it should be updated to the latest version 3.5.7.

Please update to the latest version, we have released a compatibility update for WordPress 5.8 with 3.6.5.
Can you try updating to the latest version or above 3.6.5 to see if it resolves the issue?

Can you confirm if there are any other plugins that might be causing this?
Here is what you can do to check:
1. Please try switching to a default theme, like Twenty Seventeen, and check whether the issue persists. If yes, then it is not the theme that is causing the error.
2. Deactivate all plugins temporarily except the “All In One Schema Rich Snippets” and see if that solves the problem. Then, activate plugins one by one to see which plugin is causing the problem.This is a general debugging process that all WordPress support teams perform to find 90% of the problems. Here is a video that explains the process. If you’re concerned the debugging process might break your website, you can take a quick backup of your website as explained in this video.

We will need some more details on the current theme and page builder version, and also WordPress and PHP versions to try and reproduce this issue on our end.
If you already have opened a ticket with these details, we could take a deeper dive and check what’s causing the issue.
We had reports of Customizer not working but that was fixed with the theme’s latest version and WordPress.

Q1) setting up product schema configuration in the ‘Configuration’ tab for Product. But its giving me an error that I can’t save the configuration changes. I’ve enabled “Enable schema on WooCommerce products”.

Q1) what should be the schema of its home page?
=> I visited your site, and there is not much information on the Home page, so I suggest you add an Article, FAQ Schema on the home page.Further, you can add Contact Schema, About Schema, Article Schema with its subtype as news, Service Schema.
But for the free plugin, we don’t have FAQ Schema, Article Schema subtype.
I would suggest you use the Schema Pro plugin.
We have provided a feature Target rule where a simple click and select interface can set up a markup on the entire website in minutes. All the markup configurations you will set are automatically applied to all selected pages & posts.
Therefore, with Schema Pro, adding a schema markup on a website with hundreds and thousands of pages is no longer a task.
