Further, we have never encountered such an issue before. It might be some browser extension that could be causing an issue.

It seems that there is a PHP module missing. That is “ctype_xdigit”

For some reason, your host decided to setup PHP without this core function. Unfortunately, you’ll have to contact the host to re-enable it for you.

Sorry, we haven’t come across a similar issue at our end. As we use the WordPress file system API. We are unsure why it throws the error.

I visited your site, and I can see the rich snippet box is missing from the page.

If you use the All In One Schema Rich Snippets plugin, it adds the schema in MicroData format, and it is visible in the front end.
