Sorry! currently German language translation for Smart Manager is not available.
You could make use of Loco Translate plugin to translate Smart Manager to German and generate the required .po and .mo files for the same and mail us the same at ‘support(at)storeapps.org’ so that we can include the same in the next release and will list your name in the language contributers.

Yes! surely you can export CSV of products, orders & customers using Smart Manager, however, currently it does not support import functionality.

Could you please let us know using which email id did you email us using the contact page, so that we can have a check with the same as we do have a policy of replying to each and every support ticket within 24 hours (except weekends).
Further, with regards to the Smart Manager issue, as by default Smart Manager is accessible only by users having ‘administrator’ privileges, there is a possibility that the user account with which you are trying to access Smart Manager does not have proper privileges.
So, would request you to kindly try creating a new user with ‘administrator’ privileges and then have a recheck with the same issue and do let us know your views.

It also covers cart abandonment (not available in WooCommerce by default), giving you a sales funnel for your store and list of top abandoned products.
Could you please elaborate a bit more on what statistics do you need in Smart Reporter, so we can surely think of adding support for the same in the future versions.

The text that you mentioned, is present twice in po/pot file. Make sure you translate it both times in order to see translation on frontend.
Are you using any special characters in your email? That could be one of the reason.

Are you using latest version of Email Subscribers – v3.2.2? We checked the PHP method with latest version and it is working correctly.

Ask your System Admin/Host Provider if they are blocking emails from Email Subscribers.
