    When changing the price of a variable product, is the sale_price changed?

    Your query doesn’t seem to be related to the Offermative plugin. If you are referring to price of the products in the offer campaigns then be rest assured the offer campaigns will always fetch the latest product data when showing the offers.

    You can have a check with the plugin demo from here.

    Also, if still your query is not answered, request you to get back to us with some more detailed explanation with help of screenshots or screengrab video, so we can help you in better way.

    @mmikolas,

    We’re really sorry for the frustration you’ve experienced.

    To clarify, we usually don’t ask for purchase details with every support request. However, since your issue seemed to be related to a feature that’s only available in the Smart Manager Pro version (the paid version), we asked for license verification as part of our standard process.

    We also shared an alternative solution shortly after. Could you please check it out and give it a try? Let us know if it works for you.

    We hope this helps, and feel free to reach out if you have any other questions.

    For accessing the Product Stock Log dashboard, you can simply use Smart Manager lite (i.e. free version of the plugin).

    Do try out the same and let us know if that helps.

    We have released a new update to the plugin i.e., v3.1.0 which consists of a fix for the ‘Stock Manager page loading blank screen on WordPress 6.6+’ along with other important updates and fixes.

    Request you to update the plugin to the latest version and let us know your views.

    I can not change the stock from stock manager.

    Are you referring to update for ‘Stock’ column not working? If yes, then ideally it should work properly.  As the issue seems specific to your site, we’ll need to isolate what’s really causing this problem.

    Here’s something that will help:

    As the issue seems specific to your site, we’ll need to isolate what’s really causing this problem. Here’s something that will help:

    • Install a free theme like Twenty Twenty or Storefront but do not activate/switch your current theme
    • Install the free plugin Health Check & Troubleshooting on your site – this plugin is developed by the WordPress.org team and is pretty good at diagnosing problems in such situations.
    • Once the health check plugin is installed, keep only WooCommerce and Stock Manager for WooCommerce plugins active for the admin side and try to reproduce the issue you reported. Make sure to do this only for the admin side – that way visitors to your site won’t be affected.
    • Here’s a nice article that explains this process.
    • Reply to this same email and share your findings with us… Were you able to reproduce the issue? What were the exact steps?
    • If the issue does not occur, it means the problem is with some other plugin. You may try activating/deactivating a combination of plugins to figure out exactly what causes the problem

    Please check the above steps and let us know your views.

     In the FAQ section there’s a notice that says “add screen option but when i click the screen option in the stock manager i don’t get a drop down menu to add or remove anything.

    Are you referring to show/hide some columns in the Stock Manager page? If yes, then it should be working fine. Please check with ‘Health Check’ plugin to troubleshoot the issue as suggested above.

    Recently I’m facing a problem where when creating an attribute and several values for it, if I save my product and then need to make some change to it again, the information filled in the attribute disappears from the product and we need to keep adding it every time a product is changed.

    Could you please clarify if the issue also occurs when editing products using the default WooCommerce method (i.e., WooCommerce > Products)? Ideally, the Smart Manager plugin should not interfere with this process. To confirm, please try to reproduce the issue with the Smart Manager plugin deactivated and let me know the results.

    @wildflower24,

    Please find our comments below for all your queries.

    Q1. Hi there! Since the last release shop managers are unable to access Smart Manager, any related page shows the message “you don’t have permissions to access this page”.
    In Smart Manager Privilege Settings the permissions are granted to this user role and also i’ve tried giving permissions to the user, but still not working. Smart manager menu in top admin bar and manage with smart manager button are enabled and visible for shop manager. The menu button that used to be on left admin panel now is gone.

    A. We do understand your concerns. Would like to update you that this forum is only for Smart Manager Lite (the free version of the plugin) related queries.

    As you are facing issue with ‘Privilege Settings’ functionality which is available only in the Pro version, request you to contact us from here and we will help you resolve the same issue.

    Q2. also /admin.php?page=smart-manager&landing-page=sm-about settings button redirects to /options-general.php?page=smart-manager&sm-settings and loops in loading icon. Only settings button working is the one on top right side (inside the smart manager table).
    A. Sorry for the inconvenience caused. We can reproduce the same issue. We have taken a note of it and will keep you posted. For now, you can access ‘General Settings‘ from top right corner in the Smart Manager page.

    @alaid,

    As checked, the warning messages are related to PHP v8.0.0. But, it will not affect the plugin functionality in any way.

    Stock Manager for WooCommerce plugin is not compatible with the PHP v8.0.0. However, we have taken note of it and will keep you posted.

    @wpiseasie ,

    Glad to hear that you’re loving the plugin!

    You only need to list the products in the CSV file that you want to manage or modify. Products not included in the file won’t be affected, so you don’t have to worry about them being set to out of stock.

    @fixait ,

    it’s possible hidden private product in Stock Manager? By hook? Or some change in plugin code?

    Are you referring to hide private products in Stock Manager page, then it is not possible using the Stock Manager for WooCommerce plugin. Could you please explain a bit more about this with the help of screenshots (refer to)?

    Alternatively, you can check with our other best store management plugin Smart Manager using which you can create Custom Views/Segmented Views (refer to) based on Advanced Search (refer to) for ‘Category’ or ‘Post Status’ fields. Then, you can manage the same view without ‘Private’ status products.

    Click here to check its functionality.
