Smart Manager Lite does allow you to view and manage your products, customers, orders and coupons in a single page view. It even lets you inline edit for multiple products (max 3 at a time in Lite version) and delete products.

Further, you can also filter records using the search and advanced search functionality.

Could you please let us know as to why do feel that Smart Manager Lite is not that useful?

Is there any way to send to multiple groups at the same time? If not, can this be a new feature?

Not as of now. We’ll consider in later versions.

it might be nice to allow a subscriber to be assigned to multiple groups instead of what I am doing now which is creating 2 subscribers with the same email address and putting them into different groups.
