Currently Smart Manager saves the user level state for the columns in the grid at the database level.
So, in order to reset the same column state, you would need to delete a WordPress option at the WordPress database level by simply following the below steps:
1) Open your WordPress database & then go to wp_options table
2) Search all values having ‘_sm_[your wordpress login email]_Products‘ as option_name
3) Now delete the same row. That’s it.Please do let us know if the same resolves the issue or not.

Would like to update you that the limit of editing max 3 products/variations at a time is only for editing without saving the changes.
Using Smart Manager Lite, you can surely edit the entire store provided you save your changes after batch of each 3 products.
Also, the lite version, does give you access to search and advanced search functionality, manager orders and customers and so on.

Yes, currently only administrator can access it and you cannot assign any other roles to it.

If by photos you meant thumbnail image for a news then we would consider your suggestion and try implementing the same in the future versions of the plugin.

With ‘it doesn’t appear to display half size attributes’ are you trying to say that Smart Manager does not display some specific attributes assigned to products or using which variations have been created in Smart Manager.
If yes, then you can try creating some test products using the same attribute and then have a recheck with the issue and do let us know your views on the same.
Smart Manager is simply a store management plugin and it does not do anything at the product inventory level when updating orders.
It seems that the same could be a issue at the WooCommerce level or could be a issue of some of the other plugins installed on your site.

This is the default text that you have mentioned and it is used as an example. You can edit this text and add your own under ‘Settings->News Announcement Scroll’.
Smart Manager Lite does allow you to view and manage your products, customers, orders and coupons in a single page view. It even lets you inline edit for multiple products (max 3 at a time in Lite version) and delete products.
Further, you can also filter records using the search and advanced search functionality.
Could you please let us know as to why do feel that Smart Manager Lite is not that useful?
