Hi Stou,
Would like to update you that using the ‘Smart Manager Lite’ version by default only users with the ‘administrator’ user role can access and use Smart Manager.
However, using the Smart Manager Pro you can give access to any specific Smart Manager dashboard/custom views using the Smart Manager Access Privilege settings. Click here for further reference on the same.
P.S. For any queries with regards to the Pro version of the plugin, request you to please contact us from here
Hi,
Could you please make sure that you are using the latest version of the Smart Manager plugin [i.e. v5.34.0]
Further, could you please try to create a test product using ‘WooCommerce > Products’ and then try to reproduce the issue using the same.
Lastly, if still the issue persists, request you to kindly get back to us with detailed steps to reproduce the issue with help of screenshots or screengrab video for the same. You can simply upload the screenshots or screengrab video on any file sharing site and simply get back to us with a link to access the same so that we can try to investigate the issue and help you in a better way.
Hi Ali,
Ideally, Smart Manager should work with RTL sites. But as you are facing an issue with the same, could you please share screenshots of the same issue by uploading them to any file sharing sites and simply share the link to the same in the comment.
Additionally, here’s something that will help:
- Install the free plugin Health Check & Troubleshooting on your site – this plugin is developed by the WordPress.org team and is pretty good at diagnosing problems in such situations.
- Once the health check plugin is installed, keep only WooCommerce and SMart Manager plugins active for the admin side and try to reproduce the issue you reported. Make sure to do this only for the admin side – that way visitors to your site won’t be affected.
- Here’s a nice article that explains this process.
Hi there,
Sorry, currently there is no support for using any kind of variables like ‘%PRODUCT_TITLE%’ in the bulk edit functionality.
I have taken note of the same as a valuable suggestion and will update you once we plan to include the same in the future versions.
P.S. This forum is only for Smart Manager Lite (the free version of the plugin) related queries. For any queries related to the Pro version, request you to contact us from here.
Hi there,
Yes, Smart Manager does work in WordPress multisite environment. You would need to activate the same plugin at the individual site level and not at the network level.
Could you please have a recheck with the same and if still, you are facing any issues, could you please let me know the error message (if any) that would be getting displayed.
Hi there,
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

Reply to this thread and share your findings with us… Were you able to reproduce the issue? What were the exact steps?
If the issue does not occur, it means the problem is with some other plugin. You may try activating/deactivating a combination of plugins to figure out exactly what causes the problemHi there,
Yes, we are able to reproduce the same issue with the Smart Manager plugin and the issue seems to be related to the Smart Manager grid simply showing duplicate values in the same ‘Catalog Visibility’ column
We will investigate the issue and surely get back to you once we have found a working solution for the same.
Hi there,
First of all, thank you for your kind words for the Smart Manager plugin.
With regards to the issue faced by you, would like to update you that internally Smart Manager plugin does use WordPress functions to process any updates.
So, if your custom plugin for registering stock changes is hooked to correct actions & filters then it should be able to register the changes when updates are done using the Smart Manager plugin.
Further, alternatively, as pointed out by you, yes you can surely use a combination of both Smart Manager & WooCommerce Stock Manager plugins to achieve the result as desired by you.
Lastly, would like to update you that we do have plans to add some kind of logging for product stock changes in future versions of the Smart Manager plugin and will surely keep yiou updated about it.
Hi Stephan,
We do understand your concerns.
We’ll need to isolate what’s really causing this problem. Here’s something that will help:
- Install a free theme like Twenty Twenty or Storefront but do not activate/switch your current theme
- Install the free plugin Health Check & Troubleshooting on your site – this plugin is developed by the WordPress.org team and is pretty good at diagnosing problems in such situations.
- Once the health check plugin is installed, keep only WooCommerce and Offermative plugins active for the admin side and try to reproduce the issue you reported. Make sure to do this only for the admin side – that way visitors to your site won’t be affected.

Hi,
With regards to enabling/disabling a product variation using Smart Manager, you can inline edit the ‘Status’ field for the specific variation to
– ‘Private’ => if you want to set ‘Enabled’ option as false
– ‘Publish’ => if you want to set ‘Enabled’ option as trueRequest you to kindly have a check and do let me know if that solves your issue.
