Would like to update you that currently the Smart Manager plugin column headers are not detected by the loco translate plugin when generating the .pot file as the same column headers at the code level are generated dynamically and are not simply hard-coded strings.

We have taken note of the same as an issue and will surely try to find a working solution for the same and will also update you once support for the same is added.
