Thank you for your kind words.
Please update Smart Manager plugin to the latest version [v6.0.0] if you haven’t already and then have a check. Let us know if it works after that.
If the issue still persists, then we’ll need to isolate what’s really causing this problem. Here’s something that will help:
- Install a free theme like Twenty Twenty or Storefront but do not activate/switch your current theme
- Install the free plugin Health Check & Troubleshooting
on your site – this plugin is developed by the WordPress.org team and is pretty good at diagnosing problems in such situations. - Once the health check plugin is installed, keep only WooCommerce and Smart Manager plugins active for the admin side and try to reproduce the issue you reported. Make sure to do this only for the admin side – that way visitors to your site won’t be affected.
- Here’s a nice article that explains this process.
- If the issue does not occur, it means the problem is with some other plugin. You may try activating/deactivating a combination of plugins to figure out exactly what causes the problem
Do try the above steps and let us know your views.
Could you please try to create a test product using ‘WooCommerce > Products’ and then try to reproduce the Smart Manager plugin issue using the same and do let me know your views.

Would like to update you that Smart Manager internally does use WordPress and WooCommerce functions itself for updating the products, so if the ‘WC Product Stock Alert’ is using correct hooks the email should trigger.
However, as you are facing an issue, could you please try to create a test product using ‘WooCommerce > Products’ and then try to reproduce the Smart Manager plugin issue using the same and do let me know your views.
Also, to find the exact cause of the issue, here’s something that will help:
- Install a free theme like Twenty Twenty or Storefront but do not activate/switch your current theme
- Install the free plugin Health Check & Troubleshooting
on your site – this plugin is developed by the WordPress.org team and is pretty good at diagnosing problems in such situations. - Once the health check plugin is installed, keep only WooCommerce, WC Product Stock Alert and Smart Manager for WooCommerce plugins active for the admin side and try to reproduce the issue you reported. Hi,
When trying to open the exported CSV file, could you try selecting a different ‘Character Set’ other than ‘Unicode (UTF-8)’ and let us know your views.
If still the issue persists, request you to kindly share a sample CSV export file by uploading it on any file sharing site and share the link to access the same in the comment.

In reply to: [Stock Manager for WooCommerce] filter by product statusHi @pars0097 @saratajan ,
Sorry, currently using the WooCommerce Stock Manager plugin, the above requested functionalities are not possible. However, we have made a note of the same and will surely update you once we have added support for it.
Further, you can also have a check with our other best store management plugin – Smart Manager, using which you can manage any custom field for any custom post type.
Click here to have a check with the Smart Manager plugin functionality and do let us know your views.

With regards to the translatable strings in Smart Manager, would like to update you that it will support for all the PHP and JavaScript strings. Please update the plugin to the latest version [i.e. v5.38.0]
Also, in order to translate JavaScript translated strings, you need to have JSON files along with .po and .mo files as described here. You can also use any translation plugin like Loco Translate for translating any plugin strings (including JavaScript strings)
Hi there,
Sorry, as of now the result desired by you will not be possible using Smart Manager plugin.
Hi,
Could you please try to refresh the Offermative page once and then try to generate offer campaigns and save the same. If still the issue persists, then request you to let me know what error message are you getting when trying to save the generated offer campaign messages.
Hi,
We do understand.
Yes, we will surely update you once the new plugin version with the improvements is released.
But as of now, just curious as of now, with the temporary workaround could you please let us know what exactly is not working so that we can suggest some more alternatives to keep things moving.
Hi,
We did check Smart Manager plugin functionality with RTL languages and yes we do have plans for improving the same in the future versions.
As of now, when trying to edit the product name, we do understand that the size of the textbox is small, but we were able to edit and save the same changes using Smart Manager.
Further, with regards to the edit & view column links not working, would suggest you as of now as a workaround you can try to keep the same columns to be displayed in the middle of the grid and not as the start or end columns and then that should work fine.
