@rvs2141 ,
Could you please make sure that you are using the latest version of the Smart Manager plugin.
Further, request you to create a test product using ‘WooCommerce > Products’ menu and try reproducing the same issue using it and do let me know your views. You could even try to edit fields other than ‘regular price / sale price’ and do let us know if that works or not.
If the issue still persists, then we’ll need to isolate what’s really causing this problem. Here’s something that will help:
- Install a free theme like Twenty Twenty or Storefront but do not activate/switch your current theme
- Install the free plugin Health Check & Troubleshooting
on your site – this plugin is developed by the WordPress.org team and is pretty good at diagnosing problems in such situations. - Once the health check plugin is installed, keep only WooCommerce and Smart Manager plugins active for the admin side and try to reproduce the issue you reported. Make sure to do this only for the admin side – that way visitors to your site won’t be affected.
- Here’s a nice article that explains this process.
- If the issue does not occur, it means the problem is with some other plugin. You may try activating/deactivating a combination of plugins to figure out exactly what causes the problem.
Do try the above steps and let us know your views.

In reply to: [Stock Manager for WooCommerce] Issue with ploylang pluginWould like to update you that translation plugins like Polylang creates copy of the products for each of the language. And as Stock Manager for WooCommerce plugin does fetch all the products from database, it will display one entry for each of the translations for every product.
Explaining further, currently, it’s not possible to display only particular language products in Stock Manager for WooCommerce plugin. However, we have made a note of it and will keep you posted about it.

Can you please create a support thread from here along with some more detail as to what is not working for you in the Stock Manager for WooCommerce plugin so that we can check and help you in a better way.
Note for moderators:
This user had purchased another StoreApps premium plugin – Bulk Variations Manager and their refund were declined. So they are now posting 1-star reviews on our plugins. They even posted a 1-star review recently on Smart Manager(here) which was removed.We think this review is also invalid so request you to kindly remove it.
Currently using the advanced search functionality of Smart Manager plugin, you can surely search for string containing
-1or any such other strings.But for specifically searching products starting/ending with a specific string, we are currently working on the same and will surely update here once it has been released.
