We do understand your concerns.
Yes, you are correct. Currently, Smart Manager will search words only in contiguous order. Also, we have taken a note of the same as a valuable suggestion and will surely keep you posted on the same.
Further, would suggest you to use
containsoperator when using advanced search functionality for filtering products using product name. So, for your case you can add conditions in advanced search panel like below:
1. Name contains bbb
2. Name contains ddd
OR
1. Name contains ddd
2. Name contains bbbHope this helps. Please do give it a try and let us know how it goes for you.
We do understand your concerns.
With regards to managing specific products, would suggest you to use advanced search functionality and let us know how if that helps?
Further, currently it’s not possible to display variations for particular product in Smart Manager grid. However, we will surely update you once support for the same has been added.
Would like to update you that currently Smart Manager won’t trigger
woocommerce_admin_process_product_objecthook when updating the product.

That’s strange!
Would like to update you that by default Stock Manager for WooCommerce plugin is accessible by all WordPress user roles or any custom user role having
manage_woocommercecapability.Explaining further, WordPress
AdministratorandShop Manageruser roles does have the samemanage_woocommercecapability, so in ideal cases users having any of the same user roles should have access to Stock Manager for WooCommerce plugin. However, as you are facing issues with the same, would suggest you to make sure that the user role is having the

Would like to update you that you can use simple search functionality to filter the products by ‘Product title’ or ‘SKU’ from ‘Orders’ dashboard and then use Export CSV functionality to get a CSV export of the same filtered orders. You can even filter using any custom order fields in Smart Manager.
Also, Export CSV functionality is available only in Smart Manager Pro.

Thank you for trying out the Smart Manager plugin and taking out time to leave a review.
We do understand the free version has limited features but that doesn’t render it useless. It is used for our tons of users and has features that allows you to
- View and manage your WordPress posts, WooCommerce products, product variations, orders and coupons in a single page view. You can even manage any custom fields too for any of these post types using the Lite(free) version.
- Inline edit for max three records at a time and add/delete records
- Show, hide and sort the columns
- Filter records using the simple search and advanced search functionality using ‘AND’ filter
Smart Manager Pro has more features and it’s up to the users to decide what fits them the best.
If you need any help with either the free or pro version feel free to get back to us. We will assist you.

In reply to: [Stock Manager for WooCommerce] Unable to export StocklistHi Martin,
That’s strange.
Could you please update the Stock Manager for WooCommerce plugin to the latest version if you haven’t already and then have a check. Let us know if it works after that.
If the issue still persists, then we’ll need to isolate what’s really causing this problem. Here’s something that will help:
- Install a free theme like Twenty Twenty or Storefront but do not activate/switch your current theme
- Install the free plugin Health Check & Troubleshooting
on your site – this plugin is developed by the WordPress.org team and is pretty good at diagnosing problems in such situations. - Once the health check plugin is installed, keep only WooCommerce and Stock Manager for WooCommerce plugins active for the admin side and try to reproduce the issue you reported. Make sure to do this only for the admin side – that way visitors to your site won’t be affected.
- Here’s a nice article that explains this process.
- If the issue does not occur, it means the problem is with some other plugin. You may try activating/deactivating a combination of plugins to figure out exactly what causes the problem.
Alternatively, would suggest you to have a check with our best store management plugin – Smart Manager Pro using which you would be able to export stock for all variations and products. Also, you can manage your store more efficiently.
